I like pre-paid, mostly everything but the phones, so far this phone has been the best, the only thing stopping it from getting five stars is the 2 Gb of ram, they would have done better with 4gigs, however you can just slip in a 64 Gb sd card and put all the apps and photos on that and you are good to go.

the price is unbeatable , everything this phone can do it can do great. fast smooth big bright, comes with latest android. in all honesty it seems like a very high end phone with the touch buttons lighting up as well as lighting up when you receive a message. have dropped it multiple times not a single crack or scratch ! speaker is amazing, it even has fingerprint scanner ! a finger print scanner for this price ?? STEAL

I haven't had a ZTE phone in a while. Great camera. I use this mostly for videos and it works out great. I especially love the dual screen function. Something that sets the bar for the next phone i decide to get.

I can say that the ZTE Max is one of the best phones I've ever used for just a hundred bucks it has a huge screen great battery life and a very stable operating system Best Buy had it on the Shelf it was easily accessible and I paid for it and I was out great phone you should get it

I have a small I phone for years now. It is becoming outdated so, I was looking for a newer larger one. However the price is kind of too high since you have to shell out the whole price (Virgin Mobile) when getting a new or used/refurbished ones. Then, I saw this on display here at BestBuy. It has a 6 inches screen, and very light weight. And it's only $79.00 (I bought two one for me and the other for my son). Upon opening, the phone appears high end, the screen is clear and responsive. Very easy to navigate. Camera is not bad. I think also it has the latest android OS. It took several days before the battery needs re-charging. Speaking of battery, this not user replaceable. I'm happy that I was not able to get the other phone before I saw this one. Plus, I have to keep my current plan.

I just got the phone and I love it. The only bad thing is its a lot bigger than my old phone so it's hard to hold it one handed. Has an awesome camera though.

The charging port (dock) in this phone failed after 6 months. It's a bad deal in my opinion. Do not recommend.

I bought my ZTE phone because my last phone kept freezing up. I am please with my ZTE phone. The only reason it did not get five stars is because the volume could be louder..

I have only had this phone for about a week. The usual problems of having the phone phantom call occurred. I moved the phone icon from them main page. The phone slides out of my pocket but I suspect once the cover arrives it will solve that problem. For Virgin Mobile it seems to be a good choice. The only problem that I am noticing is static when using hands free phone in my 2010 Toyota Prius. I haven't figured out that problem and it may just be happening to me but it is an issue that is annoying but I am still trying to determine why this is happening. It doesn't happen otherwise. All in all I like the phone but I don't know why I am getting static.

I really like the phone considering it has a large screen-which was the reason of buying it as I am always watching on the go from Netflix.

I haven't had any problems with my phone like some have described. I like the larger size to be honest. Fits better in my back pocket when I choose not to take a purse. I like it.
