    The touch screen does not respond. I cannot even get this set up. I purchased two as gifts for granddaughters. I did not try both of them .. Only the first one but frustrating enough to know I need to return and try something else

    After Windows 10 started up, the browser froze. A restart did not help. Geek squad agreed it was not working. Received full refund but it was an annoying experience. Quality Control needs improvement before these items are released for sale.
