Upgraded and am pleased with the 3.0 set up ! Sound is a bit dainty vs. my previous set up but much easier to use with my vizio led.

We didn't want a woofer anymore, and this one doesn't need one. The third/center speaker provides clarity of voice while the left and right speakers provide great sound effects.

The longer you watch it the longer the lag gets from the tv to the speakers. You have to turn off the sound bar to get it to reset and sync back to the tv. It sounds ok when it is in sync with the tv.
