Exactly what I wanted. Great picture netflix and amazon right on the remote. Vizio has come a long ways. I am very pleased with this TV

Nice TV, setup is super easy, nice clear picture even from off-angle, refresh rate is good for watching sports without pixellization. Sound quality is OK, about what you would expect from TV speakers. Good value for the money.

I purchased this TV as a Black Friday deal. I was looking for something to put in my bedroom that was not too big. This was the perfect size and I also didn't need a cable box because it was a smart TV. The picture is also very clear.

Great price on a great TV. Visually the TV is on par with high end tvs and although the sound isn't great it gets the job done. The smart features are set up for ease of use. I'm all around very happy with the purchase.

The television was very easy to set up and it looks great. The quality of the picture and sound are good for this price point. I'm not crazy about the stand, but it is okay.

I bought this TV for a friend and we definitely love it, the apps are easy to download and use and the tv was really easy to set up. It's really clear and looks awesome on a wall. No problems and we've had it for a month now!

This television works great, is easy to set up and use, and has a very good picture. You can probably spend more money and get a better TV, but this one is worth the price

I was looking to cut cable costs and decided to purchase a Smart TV. I choose VISIO 40" as the reviews were stellar and I also checked with CNET and they also recommended this TV for overall quality and ease of use.

We wanted a smart tv to be able to directly take advantage of streaming services but did not want a huge tv with an expensive price tag. This tv is perfect...easy to set up and nice clear picture every time!

Vizio smart TV presents a competitive feature on their 1080P flat screen TVs. The picture quality is impressive and the smart tv feature is comparably competitive with its rival brands with a variety of APPs.

The Vizio 40" Smart TV is very nice and I am pleased with everything about it. The picture and features are awesome. This is my first Smart TV purchase and I could not be happier. The price was great as well.

This television has a great picture, was very easy to set up and has great wireless connectivity. Remote is a bit small and feels flimsy, but overall a great buy.

Bought this for my 92 year old mother-in-law. Installed easily and quickly. The picture is great. I mounted it to the wall (I was amazed at how light it was for the size) with a full motion wall mount.

TV is slow in turning on. Color is good for the price. I got this for $359 but it went down to $295 3 weeks after I purchase it. Does not play .mkv file and some .avi. Don't expect too much. Price is reasonable.

Going from a 20 inch tv, to a 40 inch obviously makes a difference. It provides a clean sharp image, I'm satisfied.

This is a very nice tv and th family member that received it for a birthday gift was thrilled with it.! Easy to set up and program. Would definitely reccommend to anyone. Picture is clear and sharp.

I'm happy I chose the VISIO for my 1st SmartTV. It was easy to set up and connect to my home WiFI. The 1080p HD channels are crystal clear and the smart apps make accessing my social media a breeze.

the price, the clarity are all great on this tv/monitor. However, the wireless features can only be used 1 at a time. That means if you're using the Pandora app, you cannot also use the screen if connecting from your laptop. So there is no overlapping of apps. 1 at a time. Connect your laptop, no apps. Use 1 app, no other apps. I thought products like MSFT Windows had this figured out long ago. Some other monitors can do picture in picture too, but for the price it serves its main purpose. (would really like to have Amazon or Pandora music in background though!)

This TV was purchased to provide "Smart TV" in our den. It provides all the functionality we wanted and has a wonderful picture. For the price, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
