Great Looking TV

The startup can take a bit of time to load, but beyond that this TV has performed very well. Navigation of buttons on remote is so simple our 3 yr. old can navigate.

The initial set up was flawed and I had no volume control in that there was a 15 sec delay in adjusting the volume. In addition it took two remotes to use the tv. Best Buy agreed to send Geek squad out again for a redo. Mark set the tv back to factory default and reset the tv again. Now it works perfectly with 1 remote and I am a happy camper.

But that should be expected at this price point.
