Too many issues with freezing up

I first starting having freeze up issues two weeks into the purchase. Since it contuines to freeze up the only fix is you have to unplug the tv and replug it in. It's slow to respond to selection using the remote and a lot of the time the remote will not work, takes several attempts even removing the batteries to reinstall. I would not recommend. There is no HBOMAX app, or Amazon music not an option to upload new apps for smartcast. The wifi drops randomly making you set it up again not saving the network password. Was big fan of Vizio products but this tv and sound bar I purchased have been big disappointment.
