Tv is so clear. Little disappointed with the actual remote but not a huge issue. L

This is my first large flat screen TV. I had a little bit of trouble trying to connect it with my cell. But once I did everything is going great.

Not real happy that I have to use my phone app . To watch Hulu or Netflix.

Overall this is a great TV! It has a great picture, and is easy to use. It comes with a simple remote that doesn't do much. However, everything you need to access is an app download away to you phone. The app is very easy to use and really takes no time to set up. Another great feature is you can do other things on your phone while using the app for the Vizio. The only issue is it does require your phone and sometimes it can be a pain. Overall great TV

Needed a reasonably priced, no frills flat screen for my parents living room. This TV exceeded our expectations. Picture quality is great and they are very happy. Easy to mount too.

My kids sureprised me with a insignia 55 inch 4k smart tv but the audio would shutoff on its own so I brought it back. I picked this up for the same price as 499.00 and it's not 4k but 1080 120 clear motion and it's better than the insignia 4k only 60 hz refresh and sports were a blur. With the Vizio no blur and perfect down side no remote so after 25 minute setup via phone and that's your remote to cast so I had to connect multiple devices to control it cause you can't cast without a smartphone or tablet. Other than that I'm very happy TV is great. But every so often you have to adjust the lipsync with your surround sound it's way off at times and I have a new Vizio surround system...buy it you can't go wrong forget 4k nobody i's broadcasting 4k only netflix

Great TV for the money.Has great app to turn your phone into a remote.Picture is good but could always be better.The TV will only come with a basic remote and has no number buttons on the remote.Google chrome cast is built in and works great on a good fast network.

Picture is amazing. Setup was easy, but a bit different than I was used to. The TV requires an internet connection when setting up the unit. The remote is very basic. If you have a smart phone you can download a better remote provided from Vizio.

Ease of use on this Vizio brand TV. Was actually worried about chrome cast being complicated but it was just as easy. TV had problem during delivery but the warranty coverage that ones with it, helped us got it covered. A+ for Vizio Support.

Picture quality is generally good. However, quick moving objects with a station background creates some stuttering in thing object, while audio continues playing normally, then video catches up again. I think the effective "120" refresh rate (while actually being a 60Hz panel) is the culprit. Included remote is a joke. Useful menus must be reached using an app you download on your smartphone. I have contacted Vizio and requested a XRT135 remote--a new model they're quietly supplying to disgruntled owners so they can directly access picture, audio and other functions that the basic remote locks out.

I would recommend this TV it's a great deal for that size. The picture is really good. I did run into issues setting it up but Visio help line was really helpful and set up was fixed. The remote that comes with the TV is the only thing I can say is terrible with this TV. It's the worst remote I've used ever. Visio you can come up with a better design or remote than this. The smart cast app worst great so that makes up for the remote as I only use the app remote. Overall this was a gift to my mother and she's really happy with it, so I'm happy.

First off the employee gave me the wrong tv. I did not realize this until I got home. I asked for 4K and showed him. I assumed this was correct and then when I got home realized it was an e series tv but only the 1080p. After speaking to my cable provider and they let me know 1080 is max they broadcast and will be this way for a while I decided to not return the tv. It works well and was 100 dollars cheaper than I expected to pay for the 4K. It worked out and I would give 5 stars for the tv and 0 stars for service. So 4 will have to do.

My mom is the primary user of this tv and she likes it. It's much bigger than our old tv and easier for her to watch and she just enjoys the size of it. It hasn't made much of a difference to what she watches and a large part of that is the need to download an app to make use of streaming services. It would be much easier for her and for me to use if the remote allowed for the streaming services or it was possible to download them onto the tv. Other than that though the tv is good for what it's meant to do.

Picture is clear and we have had no problems. It was fairly easy to set up even though we did not want to use our cell phone for the remote. It is not a Smart TV so basic and easy to use

Great picture with ok sound. As stated by previous reviewers remote very limited. Designed to run off app which is quirky. Price is good value. Bought it to just run net flicks etc not my direct tv. Setup quirky but customer service helpful. Still can't get amazon prime video added to their app options. But for the price a good tv.

This tv is absolutely huge. After taking it out of the box and putting it on the dresser of my bedroom, it seemed to be bigger than in the store. Great color, great size, smart tv feature is pretty cool. The sound isn't all that great, but what tv does? That's why they made surround sound.

Love this tv, only complaint is that you have to be smarter than the smart tv to use it! But once you figure it out!!!! It's amazing!!!!

I was a little nervous to get this guy cause of the 1080p with the size of the screen but I was pleastly surprised how beautifully clear the picture was! I love the casting option, and I really don't mind that most of the settings are in an app, it almost feels like you have more control over things than one with the setting built into the remote/tv itself!

This is my second VISIO TV and the picture quality is as I would expect, GREAT! I bought this TV with the sole purpose of steaming and ditching the cable cord like many others are doing these days. The built in 'Chromcast' feature to me was a nice to have, but I quickly found out that it wasn't very reliable. I've had to literally 'reboot' the TV several times to get it to pick up the wireless signal. The remote that came with the TV is essentially useless and I ended up needing to purchase a basic android tablet to use as a TV remote. Long story short I just went and picked up a Roku express unit and now it all works like I wanted it to from the beginning. Again, love the picture, but if I had it to do all over again I would have just purchased a regular SMART TV.

Great picture, good price. Just hate that it doesn't come with a full feature remote. You need to load apps onto your smartphone or tablet and have that device act as the remote.
