Mass made for Holiday Sales

I should have gone with my gut and followed other Vizio reviews. I returned this one an bought the 50 inch M class, which was a much better product. I will say even though I had to box it up and bring it back to Best Buy, the customer service team, 8 days before Christmas were great! Tustin CA - you guys rock!
