Good or streaming directly from youtube.. video streaming, photos, video games. not perfect for plain TV watching but a very good tv for the price

When I researched this I heard that it did not come with a remote to the TV but it does, the only thing is you can't get to smart tv access without a tablet or phone app. I already have online set up through Xbox so didn't need that option. Has a really good picture that is 4k and is UHD but not HDR. Not a lot of things are streamed or run 4K yet but it's a very good tv for the money.

Bottom line is, this is a nice TV for the money. First off.. SmartCast.. like many others have said in reviews, I didn't like it at first. I preferred to have all the smart functions on the remote like previous Vizio TVs. I also have a 55" M-Series Vizio in my bedroom that is a few years old now, and I still prefer to use the remote on that one by far. However, after getting used to the SmartCast app on my phone, it's not horrible, and it works as intended. I imagine that after Vizio really works out the bugs that it'll be fine. As of now, I haven't had any issues with SmartCast in about a month. Now, onto the TV itself... it looks very good, the blacks are nice and black, the whites are nice and white, contrast is on par, and the colors are vibrant on this panel. You may need to make some adjustments of course for personal taste, but after playing with the options and doing a calibration, the results look perfectly acceptable for the amount of money VIZIO is selling this TV for. If you're expecting reference grade quality for this price.. you'll be disappointed for sure. And if that's the case, you should look to VIZIO's reference line TVs for that, or the P Series or something similar. I have a PS3, PS4, Cable box, and a HTPC hooked up to this TV and all look very sharp, and good. A little warning... this is a 4K TV, don't expect 480i/p content to look fantastic. It does upscale with an internal engine and 720p and 1080p content looks great while upscaled to 4K, 480p doesn't look that great... not bad mind you, but certainly not great. Keep your expectations in check for that. I would imagine if you're watching something that's 480p, it's for the content of the show and not about how it looked in the first place, so just a little warning there. So in summary, If you want a good TV for everyday viewing that looks good and doesn't cost too much, this is the one to get. I have no complaints other than the SmartCast app...but that has gotten better and I got used to it, so no issue really. I'm happy overall with this TV.

I purchased the Vizio 60" LED 4K HDTV to replace an older Sony and I am extremely happy. The picture is terrific, and it is a great value. The only drawback is the ease of use of the Vizio smartcast app, which is required for this unit.

Picture is awesome for its price. All 4K tv's are not created equal and anyone whoe's done their research knows that but this is no tv. This is a monitor, you'll need a 4K streaming system and it's lacking a tuner for over the air receiving. That being said the picture is amazing and I've had no problem with the Visio app which helped me flawlessly adjust any and all settings on my set. Using a roku 4 as my streamer... I couldn't ask for more from this set.

This television has a beautiful picture and is easy to use. Twice when turning on, the picture was not in sync (colors not lined up). I have not figured out if it was the set, or the input, but I suspect it was the set. Other than that, the television has been great at a great price.

This is by far the best 4K TV in it's price range! It's light, easy to mount on the wall, and the picture quality is just as good as my Samsung!

Was looking for a TV for Living room 50 inches +, compared a lot and saw the Vizio on display and looked great for the price. Haven't had a chance to get 4K cable on it yet but 4K movies look good. Happy with purchase and will be getting another for master bedroom.

This is one of the better buys on the market if you don't want to spend a great deal of money. Had Samsungs in all three rooms previously, but they didn't last more than three years. Figured it wasn't worth spending the money and the quality is on par.

For as picky as I am - I am very happy with my purchase of this Vizio. I find the picture is great, color awesome. While I am computer illiterate - using the apps on this tv is a bit different from my last. While you can set everything on your phone to run the apps (which is very confusing to me) we decided to put everything on a tablet and use that as our remote. While my kids find it very easy to use - I am slowly learning. I have no complaints and am very very happy with this tv.

tv was easy set up, nice picture, good sound, had trouble with the phone app, did not want to work, finally had to wait for new remote, now it works with new remote, but it was supposed to work with iphone, which by the way was brand new.

This sits next to my 55 inch HD (we are gamers) and the upgrade is quite noticeable. Crisp and clear. Love the accessibility, although we dont access it much. Essentially just a computer monitor.

This TV works great and has a high quality picture. You cannot beat the price for the size. I have had a Dynex for 7 years and an Insignia TV for 9 years. Seems like the off brands are keeping up with the name brands, so if you're in the market for a new TV, don't waste your time with the higher prices, when you get the same quality. This one is only month old, so we will see how it goes. I have not used the Chromecast, we went straight to hooking up a Roku.

I bought this 4K HDTV for my new Microsoft XBox One S and Kinect! It has been working great so far. Thank God! I also got a new updated remote from Vizio. Vizio customer service is good.

CON: The TV was great for about 10 days and then the picture just went out, sound only after that. Called Vizio about the problem. PRO: The Vizio employee on the phone could see my Best Buy receipt on her computer screen (points for that integration). The Vizio employee immediately scheduled a contract technician to bring a new TV to our home WAY out in the country (Best Buy doesn't even deliver this far away). PRO: We were able to see the tracking shipment from manufacture to California and all the way to the nearest contract technician in a large city. CON: It took the Vizio contract tech almost a month to get out to our place, and I had to make a couple of calls in their tracking system to get things moving,... PRO:...but they were good to their word on replacing the TV.

I love the smart cast and the fact that Google Cast is built in. It's very easy to use and the picture quality is great. I didn't think I could get a 4k TV with all these features for this price.

We are not from the younger generation so when I purchased the tv, I was asked about a sound bar but we have always been able to hear the older interior speakers just fine. The newer tvs have speakers that are in the back and horrendous so we did end up buying a sound bar which helps but the difference in channels is ridiculous. You spend a huge amount of time turning the volume up/down for each different channel. That having been said the picture quality is excellent and the learning curve (once you decided it is more a computer monitor than a television) was learnable in a fairly short time. We enjoy the size and the picture quality. Thank you.

I guess I didn't realize and it wasn't explained to me when I purchased this "tv" that it is only a casting tv. Meaning I have to have an app on my phone to control the tv and need the apps on my phone to watch anything unless you have a streaming blu ray player or gaming system. I was upset after setting it up to find that there is no built in tuner so I needed to buy a converter box so I can watch tv since I don't have cable. Had this been explained to me before purchasing it wouldn't have been a big deal. I suppose I should have done my research first. I am happy with the picture quality of the tv though with the 4K it is beautiful.

Has deep rich color sound is good, chromecast built in is a nice feature.

picture is clear. plenty of hdmi ports. very light and easy to mount
