The only reason it was not a 5 is that after purchase I found out that a troublesome app must be paired with the tv to get full use of the system. The picture and sound are great! The "open box" product certified by the Geek Squad was missing a power cord.

A lot of TV for the money. Great for gaming. Movies are great. All colors are vibtant.

TV wont power on after Forced Vizio firmware update to add streaming channels. Immediately after receiving the firmware update that requires a new remote the TV began to power cycle when starting up. It would at first come on after 2-3 cycles but now it wont come on at all. I was told these power cycles may happen until the firmware was installed completely but I didn't believe it. Vizio requested a copy of my receipt and said this was a known issue with the firmware update. They also stated they would "do right by me" and resolve this issue. I will update this post when Vizio has completed their efforts to resolve the issue.

Great picture. Do not use most of the features as I do not have it set up to a tablet or cell phone. I use a blueray player to access features. I'm not a technical person so it's all confusing to me. But like I said clear picture clear sound

The BestBuy salesperson tried and tried to talk me out of buying this TV. They said you need a phone to operate it and that I would be back If I bought to trade out for a different brand. This turned out to be wrong and once it's setup I have yet to need my phone to do anything with the TV. The setup on the TV was a little tedious and it doesn't have a tuner but that wasn't a concern in my case. As we were leaving another salesperson walked up and jokingly said sweet monitor. His attempt at humor that the TV has no tuner. It's 4k and is 60" for less than $700. Hard to find in another brand and the picture is great. I'm happy with this TV.

I'll be honest and say it's no Samsung. However, the days of needing the latest and greatest are behind me. It's an excellent display without all the bells and whistles. The price point blew me away. I consider it a good purchase.

We actually purchased the 1080p version last year and got the warrenty with it, the tv had a redline going down it so we got the geek squad to come out and look at it. They ended up replacing it with the 4K version for no extra cost, due to the fact they no longer make the one we originally purchased. The tv is great the picture and sound are really nice.

I would recommend this TV. For the price you can not beat the size and 4K . Exceeded all my expectations

Went to B.B. To buy another brand 4K tv but was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality of this tv and made the purchase. This would have received a 5 star rating if Vizio would get their SmartCast app some work.

Nice picture but I was disappointed that it had no tv tuner and was not smart. I didn't fully understand what Chromecast meant and felt the tv lacked the basic features.

Great quality and picture. Vivid colors. Easy to use with an app to control some features.

Got this on sale almost half off, very good value for the price. The vizio cast has to be used off of your cell phone, wasnt real excited about that, but otherwise a very good quality picture good buy for the money.

Very lightweight TV, easy to install. Easy interface for set up. Great screen view. Overall great TV!

Love my TV. Great picture. 4 stars because I've had a couple times where I've had to unplug the tv due to a black screen with blue lines across the screen. Not sure if I'm going to continue to have that issue.

Got it for $700+ I don't really use it as a normal tv I use it as a computer monitor and I run it at 4K and it's not bad but I'm experiencing flashes of black screen but other than that it's a quality tv

This is a great tv for the money. Good picture easy set up and vary user friendly.

Love the tv. Loved the guys that delivered it. I don't like being tied to my cell phone to do a lot of the operations. I wish they would put it all in the TV remote as well so there is another option.

If you're looking for a large screen to stream your 4K media this is a great product. Down side is if you're looking for durability and high quality look elsewhere. After five weeks I had to use my geek squad protection because I had a bad screen. Geek squad told me that there's just a certain number of screens that aren't going to be fully functional and unfortunately I received one of them. No problems with the new one, but if I had the choice I would not purchase again.

The quality of the picture is very clear and the colors are vibrant. The menu and features are easy to understand. The sound is good. Great price when you catch it on sale. I'm happy with this purchase.

The television itself is a great product. I hate the remote that comes with this TV. Our "remote" is supposed to be our smart phones. I just want a normal remote. Again the picture is great on the TV.
