I upgraded from a 40" 1080 LG I bought at Meijer to this. It was on sale when I bought it for $700. I wanted a min. 60" tv with 4K for under $1000. This was the only one that fit that criteria at the time. I was in need of a bigger screen because I could not read some of the writing on the screen while playing PS4 games. This solved the problem. I didn't buy into the "you need a 4K HDMI" , and my original cords work just fine. My entire family is happy with the tv thus far - about a month - and I'm glad I bought it. I'm excited to see real 4K images on it but have not used this feature to date. The built in chrome cast works better than I could have imagined and I use it more often than I thought I would. The only down side to this tv in my opinion is that you have to have an app on your phone to change the picture settings. Brightness, color, etc. and without an Internet connection in your home, that becomes virtually impossible as far as I can tell. So buyer beware. Fourtunatley I have one so I was able to control the tv with my phone. Which is a major plus to some and maybe a drawback to others.

This TV is easy to use and has an above average 4k picture quality. I have a more defined picture on my samsung in the living room. However, for the money this model is great overall.

Love the 4K and the Chromecast. And this 60" is about the same size as my old 55" (fits in the same tight space). 4K (from youtube) looks awesome. The only drawbacks I see (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) : 1. default display setting looks terrible. I spent quite a bit of time playing with settings like color, brightness, tint, ... until I got what I liked. 2. Dark scenes are too dark. This may be a feature (active LED zones) and I haven't found a way to correct this. 3. Image looks bad as soon as you get just a little bit off axis

Good picture quality, setup does require some instructional aid. This 4k uhd tv does not have HDR which I totally forgot about after purchasing. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

we have 3 other vizio TVs. I think you cant beat for the price. I have trouble hearing the voices and when I turn up the volume everything else is too loud. This could be my problem.

We have multiple high-def TVs in our house, and now two 4K TVs. Are other is a LG and was considerably pricier purchased only six months ago with a slightly smaller screen size. This TV is every bit as comparable 2 our higher end model. I would definitely recommend giving this TV a shot. It comes with all the smart apps you could need, and plenty of ports. We've been using this TV now for a few weeks and are thrilled with it. And if you're Torn Between the 4K model and the regular 1080... I didn't think I would notice much of a difference until I watched it a few days and then watched the same movie on one of the 1080 TVs. The color quality really makes the picture phenomenal. It comes with instructions to set it up with a smartphone, and no other way to set up your device before your first use, and I could see that as being a problem had my husband or father purchase the TV and try to set it up themselves. They have technology but probably would have required assistance to download the app necessary and complete the setup period and using the app after setup is still very confusing for my teenage techy and myself. But we didn't manage to set up just fine no confusion. But that is more a review on the app interface then the TV itself... But I included it since only way to set it up was through the app. Overall I couldn't be more thrilled with this TV.

Overall it is great, however I wish it had a remote control included. Not ideal if you have in an extra room where the tv is located and smart phone is the only way to get it to work

good tv,has plenty of hdmi inputs,great picture quality, just be aware to do any major settings you have to a smart device, and download the vizio app. Luckily the app is pretty decent

Overall new technology on a tv is always good. Tv is awesome! Downfall, is the poor sound quality, its not that great. It's good for those who have a theater system. Also, picture quality is set to be 2160p, but we all know our cable and movies are sending out only 1080p right now and not up to date yet, with this being said, your not getting the actual full potential of the picture. Overall good bang for your buck minus the 2 negatives.

Big hdtv great picture and sound Vizio cast easy set up and easy to use

We bought this as a replacement for an old rear projection Sony. The difference is way beyond day and night. 4K tv's used to be too expensive. It isn't the case any more. This model is non-HDR, but hey I can't tell the difference. It has superb picture quality. So vibrant and beautiful. You can pair your Mobil device and use almost all video based apps. Highly recommend it.

We are very happy to have a 4K 60" TV for $699. Great TV, great price, good quality image. Sound quality is not great but with a good quality sound bar everything sounds amazing.

Though the picture is awesome it would have been nice to know that the item didn't have an internal controller. This would have allowed me to view local stations on an antenna.

I would give this 4 1/2 stars...the deduction is built in sound. Very good image quality for large room with lots of natural light. HDMI works great for group presentations.

i had purchased a vizio 36 in tv before for an extra room and was very happy with it. I expected to pay alot more for a 60 in tv and worried that this 'cheap" tv would not have the same quality picture I took the chance and was so glad i did. the picture is amazing. the sound is amazing. i love the smartcast feature. for this product, the savings paid off!!

TV has amazing picture and sound! Kind of hard to operate the controller at first and to sync it to your phone and/or tablet but other than that I am completely satisfied!
