The volume would go to a hundred but you could still not hear it the way it was when it came out of the box. I brought it back to Best Buy and swapped it out and it's been fine ever since. It's electronics and things happen but it's working great now

Keeps blacking out?

I have to unplug to get it to come back on..Volume button freezes and isnt loud. I had this TV for about 3 months now. Everytime something goes wrong I have to unplug it. Its just annoying!

It was so easy to apply for the best buy credit cards. I have the 65 inch which fits perfectly in my living room. I'm getting the 75 inch next for the bedroom. I can't wait

I’ve gotten spoiled with a voice remote, which this model doesn’t have, and iI’m giving it 4 stars because it does not come with an HBO app, so the work around is to Screen Mirror from my Apple phone. After researching how to put an app on this TV, I’ve found this had been an ongoing problem for at least 2 years now. This is disappointing to know that Vizio has not come up with a way to have this app on their Smartcast TVs.

Amazing budget 4K TV

Provides a perfect viewing experience in my basement. I have hooked it up to an Xbox Series X and gaming on this is a dream. Watching sports on this is a great experience too.
