We had the store supervisor open the 3rd one in store to check before we brought it home and it was even worse than the two that we had previously. After a frustrating week of waiting on replacement deliveries and hours of trying to arrange return replacements in store, we decided we were better off going with a Sony TV and it has been great. Also did not like that the Vizio did not have any apps available to access from the tv itself but instead you have to "cast" everything from your smartphone or tablet through an ap you have to download.
