Broken before arrived

When we took it out the box it had a chip in the corner and lines running down when plugged in. But it had a nice picture in the store so I will give it three stars.

The picture quality leaves much to be desired in my opinion. I don’t know if it is because it is larger than what I am used to, but my other Vizio TV seems to have a better picture. Some programs do look really good, but others seem to suffer. I can’t figure it out. As far as the remote, that is an upgrade. We also are used to Vizios software which is good. Overall, I sort of wish I would’ve waited to afford OLED but we did get a good deal on this one.
