This is my second TV , how ever my first tv went out on me after three years , but it wasn't from best buy, it was from wal-mart. And I purchased a warranty and they did not want to give me a new TV or fix it. So far my new tv is working real good . The Picture is outstanding , no reason to complain. And I got a five year warranty with Best Buy. And the good thing is that I don't have to go to the manufacture if something goes wrong just straight to Best Buy.

I researched smart tvs prior to purchasing the Vizio. Samsung was my first choice, however, reviews were on par with Vizio. The picture is amazing as long as you use the calibrated setting which I saw written in other reviews. I have had no problem using Netflix. Since I've only had the tv about 2 weeks, I've not tried other apps yet. My one complaint about this tv at this point is the sound. It isn't a nice full sound no matter what setting I try. I believe the speakers are in the rear. Perhaps that design contributes to less than desirable sound. I am open to suggestions to anyone out there who reads the reviews. Otherwise, I am considering buying a sound bar in the near future.

Enjoying this tv very much. Using it in our master bedroom. Good picture quality and easy to use smart tv features. Would buy another VISIO product.

The picture quality is awesome and the apps are a bonus, especially the Netflix. Never have owned a Vizio but this TV is beyond my expectations.

One nice looking TV very easy to set up stunning picture out of the box. I had more trouble getting the TV out of the box than setting it up.

great television and soundbar picture is very bright and clear worked perfect out of the box. I don't really need the smart function as I have an apple box but that works well also.my last TV was 40 inch JVC that was fluorescent backlit starting to get slightly dim with this TV is super bright and clear ,also the sound isn't as loud because of the bottom smaller speakers but that's okay with the sound bar! overall I would give both of them a 5 star rating very happy with my purchase!

Great product over all. Great picture. easy set up. Easy to use. Only slightly disappointed in the banding when the camera pans across the screen.

The picture is so clear. I love it. I wish volume was a little louder. I also love the fact it connects to Wifi.

Good price for a 49" smart TV. Smart functions are simple, picture quality is very good. Sometimes the sound stops working and has to be reset.

This is a Great Smart TV, the smart TV setup was a snap and we can play all our movies that we have on our server right from the media app. no more need for the WHS box we had in the living room. also no more ROKU device. now we have one TV and one remote that's all. the picture quality is Awesome. we are planning on buying a second for the bedroom.

This TV is just as good if not better in some ways than the other more expensive brands. It arrived in good time during the holidays and the picture is great for my living room.

Beautiful picture quality and easy to use. Love the remote with the keyboard. Also having 4 HDMI inputs is a plus.

The picture is good. I wish it would swivel on its base so I could see it better at different places in the house.

I love this TV for day to day, living room viewing. While it doesn't compete with my Samsung 7000 plasma I have in our media room in the basement, it was less then a third of the price and performs great for lighted room viewing. Don't hesitate buying this TV, especially for the price it is at right now. Does need calibrated out of the box, but a couple of the preset calibrations are pretty good.

After much research, found this TV at Best Buy. Clear crisp picture, easy setup.

No doubt you'll love this tv. It has a super bright, sharp picture that will impress anyone. I came from Samsung tvs and replaced those with a Vizio "m" in 49" and a 60". The 60" does have better and truer contrast ratios but the 49 is still a fantastic buy for its price range. You will see a difference in picture between the E model and M model. The M model is much better at not producing the "soap opera" effect on everything.

Don't get me wrong for the price it's a pretty decent package you get with this tv. But it doesn't have all the bells and whistles I thought it might have had. Went with this serious cause it's the better of the Vizio lines, but the TV actually freezes like playing on a game console or something. YouTube is hard to navigate. The keyboard on the back of the remote is pretty awful, the apps on it don't even function with it properly. Its better to use the TV for its basic functions than to use all the extra features.
