    I bought the bigger crave portable 360 and I can sync these together and play them in different rooms at the same time. I love this system. Good battery life too.

    The sound is acceptable but not as great with Bose or Sonos. I prefer to use it for traveling, picnics or gardening.

    The controls are hard to use with little feedback had a hard time get to connect because could not tell what the speaker was doing zero feed back

    Old product line. There are much better speakers out there for the money with longer battery life. Sounds ok but not great.

    Sound was nothing special particularly in the bass department. Also needs to be plugged in to use limiting usefulness!

This Crave Go can be connected to wi-fi to wirelessly stream music, or connected wirelessly to a bluetooth device (like a smartphone) to play content. It also has a built in battery so you shouldn't need to leave it 'plugged in' to anything (either an outlet, or a device).     Its mind buggling that to this day all companies insist on using their own proprietary power supply to add to your previous collection. Needless to say one needs to label them in order to keep track which one belongswhere. On top the Chromecast app is definetely the worst in my book and there is no help in sight. Its a shame though because the speaker is well built and designed but would've been better suited with Alexa built in.

    I bought this June 1, 2020. It was on super sale but Best Buy put a very limited return date (I really wonder why?:”( ) But the huge discount attracts me most to have it. I did not have a chance to open and test it right away until after 2-3 weeks. For at the back of my head Vizio products are awesome, I even had a LCD-LED 55’ TV its like 9 years old already still running very good as expected until we have this Smart CRAVE BT. Vizio Customer Service - Not good at all. Very bad customer service. Dont expect they gonna help you. But Vizio Tech Support Manager Vincent did a awesome job. Knows how exactly how to handle objections from a customer. Please Please dont buy, why? coz Vizio itself stop making it and there is no option to replace the Smart Crave BT. And you know everywhere you go refund takes a months and month of waiting..:( Very disappointed Vizio customer.

    Ended up returning them all and just buying a set of Sonos. The conectability is laughable in comparison. If you can afford the Sonos don’t waste your time with these.

    Sound is poor, SmartCast is touchy and inconsistent. It looks cool and works well when it does.
