Good as it has all the applications needed for online viewing

Satisfactory, I would recommend this to beginners.

Sill not 100 percent satisfied with system.Thinking of CHANGING service.

We have been a Vonage customer for a "#" of years now and love it!!! Our Vonage Router went out and Vonage credited our account for the cost to replace it with this box. Had to call them and have them walk me though the set up and you will need to as well. Dont' have Vonage...switch and you won't be sorry! I love being able to check my voice mail via the computer anywhere I am and if for any reason we loose power the calls go right to my cell phone and If you wanted your calls transfered to another # and you forgot, no problem, sign on line anywhere and you can transfer you calls.

Exceelnte alternative for those who have relatives abroad. We can call more than 60 countries and now Vonage has also released an app to call from mobile phones using the same account. The fee is a flat bone that the minutes or hours call to any country within the plan always pay the same. And remember you can also call any of the 50 U.S. states. If all for a flat fee that after 3 months is 34.00 dollars including taxes.

Received the package in time, took me 5 minutes to hook it up and activate it from the Vonage site. Once activated, it took about 5-10 minutes to hear the dial tone.

This is the third adapter I have purchase for Vonage, but this one is better designed and more reliable.

Saving me a ton of money, they have also released Vonage basic talk which stays at $10 a month and can be googled for the sign up page. Just love the quality which I use alongside the vonage mobile app

simple plug and play setup. The customer service at Vonage was extremely helpful. The purchase pickup procedure via bestbuy was excellent ready in less than 30 mins.

Great communication system for non USA calls, clear and clean communication

This was a replacement of a much older Vonage phone adapter. This performs just as well as my older one.

Great unit for using VOIP telephone service from Vonage. Easy to connect and set up!

I found that the after sales service outstanding. I have used this service for more than 7 yrs. Never had a problem until the modem died due to old age. Had very good experience with support in getting a new device.

I really like the product and the low cost of the bill

This product just works so fine and it saved a lot of money for international calls :-) This is a pocket saver product.

I have used Vonage for about 4-5 years now. Very reliable service and very inexpensive service. I've never had a problem.

It is cheap alright and good for calls within US. But if you call internationally like destinations specially in South and South East Asia among others in Europe, the quality of calls are from poor to terrible. Good for those who do not need to call Internationally.

My earlier modem could be connected to the house wiring. This one does not.
