I am very disappointed with the surcharges that raise the promised $9.99 / mo. cost to $18.04 / mo., EVERY month ! ! ! However, my gripe is with Vonage,...not Best Buy. HOWEVER II; Neither Vonage nor Best Buy alerted me to the eventual cost, almost doubled. Below,....I would recommend Best Buy, but not Vonage to a friend.

Has had Vonage since their inception and my original adapter died. This was not only cheaper but better. My calls are much more clear.

If you also call out of country in our case Hong Kong Vonage is the best option and the box delivers well.

Great way for Vonage to deliver equipment by having it in a store readily available for pick up. No need to wait for delivery. Equipment works as expected.

My history with Vonage started back in 2002 and that very first CISCO modem was one of the best ever. I beta tested newer versions but kept returning to my old trusted CISCO. After 14 years that one finally stopped working and this new modem has been running perfectly since it replacement over one month ago. Following the occasional Internet interruption (thank you Comcast) it comes back on line instantly
