This Vornado is slightly smaller than those I'd owned earlier, but it's just as efficient as the larger ones I was used to. I expected complete satisfaction, based on my long experience with Vornado fans, and that's exactly what I got. My one quibble is that when the fan is turned on, it always starts on the highest speed, even though I usually use a lower speed, which means I have to select speed after turning it on. I wish the fan would come on at the speed at which it was turned off. Also, since I want to see some "brainwork" in the fan, I'd like to have a remote that would turn on/off, change speed and maybe even change the tilt (up and down). Anyway, I don't plan on buying another fan for several years now (Vornados last a long, long time, even when used for virtually 24 hours every day of the year). If I live long enough to need another fan, I'll consider nothing but another Vornado, as always.

Very strong fan, pretty quiet and well designed product. Lives up to the vornado reputation.

Best part is all you have to do is take it out of the box and you are ready to use it, it has a plug in cord also. When you turn it on it automatically goes to the high setting. But it's rather easy to just click the button you want for the setting you want. I always turn it on and go to button 2 for the second lowest setting! For me i love it its good buy

It’s a great fan for circulating air in the room. It’s not too loud. The only con is it’s a little pricey, but I’m glad I have it.

Awesome fan. It does a great job of circulating the room air, and it is virtually silent on the lowest setting. Purchased it for a bedroom that was always stuffy, and now the air is fresh. Easy to use buttons for on/off and settings. Adjusts easily too. Love it.

I'm in love with this fan! On low setting it is powerful enough to actually feel the air on you really really good and you can not hear it. I love being able to watch TV now with this fan on and not need to crank up the volume. I almost got another one just because it's so amazing! The looks are sleek and the control buttons make this fan a 5+++ star fan.

I cannot stress enough how FANTASTIC this fan is! I was on the fence because of the price BUT I found it to circulate the downstairs as if I had AC. Honestly, for us this makes a night and day difference. Extremely powerful and so very much worth the price tag.

This thing is the real deal, and the amount of air it pushes is unreal. The low setting is whisper quiet and the highest setting blows enough air to simulate a hurricane in your living room.

This is the best fan I ever had. It has four levels where the lowest level feels like an ordinary fan, comfortable and quiet. The highest level does make a big noise but very very powerful. You can feel the wind about 30 feet. I really doubt if it could reach 100 feet as advertised but still more than enough for common use. I use it to replace our AC. Definitely love it!

I am enjoying this FAN in summer it makes me feel much better and is not too noisy. I would recommend this product to anyone that would like a power fan that really works. Is not heavy and you can move the head up and down to circulate the air. I pretty sure in a room with AC would be ideal.

Very string fan for the size! Its is also very quiet!

Truly is an air circulator. Even on its lowest setting it moves air throughout the room well and is almost silent. On high it creates a nice breeze even in the largest room. This is my third vornado and they help circulate the AC throughout the house better allowing me to raise the temp while still feeling cool.

I guess I let the marketing hype affect me more than I should have. It is a decent fan, small in size, and reasonably quiet, especially on low. But it is a fixed position, non oscillating fan without a remote, that costs 2 to 3 times more than a comparable competitors product. I knew most of that when I bought it, but the whole room vortex technology in my opinion promised more than it delivered. I decided to keep it . . . I needed a fan and this was one. . but I would not buy it again.

Honestly, I wasn't sure about buying such an expensive fan. It DOES move a lot of air and is pretty quiet for the amount of air it moves. But, I don't know if it's REALLY worth it. I'm glad I have it, but in the future, I'd probably want to buy 3-4 regular fans instead for the same price. Also, my unit gets warm even when it's off. Not sure what it's doing, since there's no standby mode and no remote control.

Bought this to replace a smaller vornado that got broken during a party. This thing is spectacular. 4 speed settings, even the slowest moves air. The higher you go the noisier it gets, but its honestly not loud at the highest setting and generates more air than larger, louder fans ive had in the past. Highly recommend.
