Call block button is right next to the picture button, so my dad accidentally keeps blacking folks. Good concept poor design. He’s able to partially use it so giving 2 stars.

The picture shown is for the SN5127 model which I had to do my own research to find out. They now have charged me twice for the wrong units and I now have to return them as they don't seem to understand what I am explaining.

My Father-in-law took to it immediately. He took the instructions, which were very accessible, and set up the system quickly. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.

Not what it COULD be

Someone told him a record feature so that if he wasn’t hearing what was said, he could hit record & listen to it over & over until he got it. When I called to see if it had this feature, I was told it would record. It does, but only on the answering machine.not
