Good price, good sound quality, using Vtech since years ago.

I walked in the door and Chris immediately greeted me and acknowledged why I was there saying,” Need to return? No problem.” I needed the dual 0hone set so he walked me to the nearby area so I could grab the right phone set, while he got a sales associate to help me make the exchange. No Problem! I didn't need a fancy phone. Just a back up in case something happened with the cell phone. I've had no trouble with it all. For the price I paid, it's a good value.

Easy to set up. Ring quality and audio quality are very clear. I don't use my home phone much, but when I do this is light weight and the keys are back-lit.
