I've had this phone for months. It's totally reliable. I appreciate the ability to walk around with a landline phone. And the sound is clear.

Purchased this for my mother-in-law based on price, design and ease of use. She has been using it without any issues and its been a good fit for her.

I needed to get a new battery for my elderly phone. Unfortunately, the battery was not available at Best Buy. Then, while I was looking around, I found this VTech brand new phone (with a brand new battery) for the same price as the battery of my old phone- so guess what I did! AND, I'm very happy. The phone took literally minutes to hook up and as soon as the battery was charged, was off and running.

I needed a home phone since the triple play from Comcast is less expensive. no any other way to keep the cost any lower than to have all three features on line,cable, and a home phone. I had a twenty dollar reward and that was enough to buy this phone, I'm really happy with the phone everyone says its clearer than my cell phones. It has all the features you would ever need. The only downfall so far is that its kind of hard to read the screen is kind of dim. other than that its a really nice cordless phone. Easy to get used to if your into reading directions. Makes for a user friendly item

I only had a wall phone so I bought this cordless. Love it. It shows you when you have a voicemail and when battery low. It was a good price and I used my Best Buy points.

This phone was very easy to set up. I just plugged it in and let it charge overnight. It is very easy to use and holds a charge very well. I added contacts in the phonebook and showed my 4 and 6 year old kids how to use it to call people. It's so easy they were able to call their Aunts and Gigi without any help.

I have one in the basement, one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom, and bigger set in office. Can pick up in one room, walk around the house. No problem. Reliable. Easy to set up. Sound quality excellent.

I liked this phone so much after a previous purchase, that I purchased this one for the bedroom. It is lightweight and doesn't take up much room. It is also reasonably priced.

If you have simple need for a home phone. Then this Vtech phone will do it for you. Has all the normal features you probably need like caller ID, speakerphone, LCD display, and at a low cost!

To be used as backup telephone for cable connection. Was easy to set up. Adequate features for an inexpensive product. Will not be used except in emergencies.

good for landlines for those who need them. good keypad, speakerphone. difficult to understand (read) instructions, confusing speed dial setup.

Max volume ring is fairly quiet, otherwise a solid option for budget
