I gifted a friend for Christmas who has internet service, but doesn't have dedicated landline. This phone worked immediately upon plugging into her modem. Nice compliment to her mobile phone. It's very simple to operate and illuminated nicely so easy to find in a dark/dim room.

straight forward phone that is easy to use at a great price

The phone and base are simple, no frills and work when needed. There are multiple ringtones, the speaker works clearly on the phone, and call log, favorites, redial, etc. work as they should. Very streamlined and easy to install. We keep it in our living room and can hear the phone ring inside the entire apartment.

This is a good purchase as the phone setup is simple and it has great sound quality. It doesn't have voicemail options, but I didn't think that was a big deal as most VoIP providers have voicemail available through them. I use this phone with Magic Jack.

This was simple to set up and easy to use. I use this in the bedroom. The phone in the main area of the house is also a V Tech and I was happy with that so that influenced my purchase of this one. It was also a good price.

Works great. Just needed an instrument for a VOIP phone line in a hurry. Ordered online and picked up from parking lot at store. Didn't even have to leave the car. New Phone was a better value than a replacement battery for the phone I already had.

I had purchased this for my grandmother being that she is the only one in the family with a landline it was very simple and easy to setup and use. I would recommend to anyone still using a landline for business or personal use

I needed a single cordless digital phone when I had a landline installed in my new apartment. This one is perfect- affordable, attractive and has the features I wanted including speaker capability. Highly recommend.

Great product for the price. Beware of the curbside pick up. Have had multiple bad experiences with their app not working or email link not working for when you arrive and then you have to chase someone down to get your order

THE PHONE HAS SERVICED ME WELL. IT HANDLES ALL THE FUNCTIONS WELL. IT'S PHONE KEYS LIGHT UP AND EASY TO READ. THE SOUND IS CRISP AND CLEAR. THE MESSAGING SYSTEM PERFORMS WELL. IT'S A BUY.

Needed to replace an ancient cordless phone. Did research on BestBuy web page. Vtech CS5119 looked like a winner. Great price. Web page said it was in stock, so went to pick it up. I like it. Sounds good on my end. People on other end say it sounds better than my old phone did.

Works ok. Features are difficult to use. Would not recommend.

This is a good inexpensive phone. I needed a basic cordless phone for my extra landline. It works well and the sound quality is good. It is a good landline phone with caller ID and all the other usual functions of a cordless phone.

I haven't had a houseful in years I came with my cable package. So I went out and bought cheapest but the next. It's fine I don't need to spend a lot of money on a home phone when I never use it. Four thumbs up

have purchased several cordless phones and never been happy, this one seems to be good so far. I love the speaker on it and they ease of holding it under your chin while using your hands.

We needed a phone to set up our security system, and this one works great. The only downside is that messages are hard to retrieve. Otherwise, it works great, was easy to set up, and is attractive and handy.

Needed a home phone compatible with Spectrum Router. The Vtech works like a charm. Easy setup. Sound Quality could not be better.

Good instructions. Operates well. Good range. I purchased this for an older person living in a nursing home. It is simple enough for a non tech person to receive and make calls.
