the phone has a great clear sound no static etc. also looks good butt.... after the setup 16 hour full charge time the phone I used lasted 2 hours at best then battery went dead the second phone also had the 16 hour charge I did not talk on that one and the battery lasted 4 hours phone went completly dead. I returned the phone right away so the phone is wonderfull if you dont use it much it will need to stay on the charger always could be a nice decoration

I wouldn't buy this again. The batteyr life is horrible. Most phones whenleft off the cradle can be picked up and used the next day. This phone will be dead 100% of the time. Dont think you can answer the phone via the base either! I've had the phone ring (base) and the handset dead (as usual) and missed the call bc you can't pick up the call unless the handset is charged to make that command.

I've had the phone for about a month now and have not had any problems with it. Answer machine works fine and I have not talked on it long enough to see how fast the battery dies. After reading the reviews, this phone sounds like its for people like myself who rarely talk on their house phones.

I love this phone, it's slick, slim and stylish. I love the light options for night time use. Plus there are no bulky buttons, flat touch key number system. A plus feature of the phone is the additional handsets that function without plugging them into the phone jack. Hope people feel as I do.

i bought this phone system because it was good looking and it was a 6.0. so the clarity is good, but when i have a message and push the button, it does nothing, i have to push it 4 or 5 times to get it to work, and to delete the message is even worse!! i will never buy a phone like this again

I was looking for a basic cordless phone, which is an interesting task these days. I bought the phone originally, because I like the way it looked, and it was one of the cheaper models. Now, 8 months later, I am so happy I made the choice. It exceeds my expectations.

Beware this phone has a very bad battery life. Don't buy just because it looks cooler than the other phones. I definitely would not buy this phone again.

If you want the version with the extra handsets, you won't find it at Best Buy, and they don't sell the handsets separately. I haven't found a way to get the extra handsets directly from the manufacturer either. Otherwise the phone is nice.

I'm so disappointed. This phone looks really cool it has all of the features I was looking for, but the sound is poor. There is constantly static. I'm returning it and I don't recommend it to others. Don't be fooled by the sleek design.

I purchased this phone/answering machine as a replacement for an old Sony model. This phone was amazingly easy to setup and use. I didn't even need directions to record my answering message. The phone is slim, lightweight, and stylish. The clarity is amazing. Best of all, it was very inexpensive. Plus, my old phone caused interference with my wireless internet connection. This phone does not. I haven't found anything to be a negative about this phone.

I would have to say this is the best phone I've ever purchased! I have had other vtechs before but this one takes the cake! I have read other reviews about clarity is poor, and other problems but I have yet to experience any problems after 3 months of daily use. I would actually say the clarity is a perfect 10. I love the slim size and light weight which makes it nice to hold for long periods of time. Buy this phone, you won't regret it!

I usually stay away from Vtech because it generally is poor quality, but I love this phone. I have had it a few months now and there are no problems with it. One thing I would suggest is the 2 year replacement plan with it since the manufacturers warranty is terrible, that way if goes bad within 2 years you didn't waste $50.00 and you get a new phone. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE PHONE!

This phone is great", no big buttons, slim design, light weight. The clarity is awesome. The answer machine is easy to set up, the phone has a nice variety of ring tones to choose from too.

I charged batter 16 hours for the first time but after I set up the date/time and did not put the handset back to base for a short time, the time setting went slow 2-3 hours. The answer machine then recorded with wrong timestamp. I am going to return it.

This phone looks great, but when I put it in my home I couldn't use it because the static was so bad on it. I know it's not my line because I used it to replace another cordless phone that had no static issues.

This is the best phone I've ever had. It hooks up simply. The call quality is super clear. I don't have any complaints.

this is a grt phone and I love vtech as they are very customer oriented and easy to use
