Overall I'm very satisfied with the bamboo stylus. The quality is incredible. The pocket clip is removable and the stylus nib/tip is replaceable. If you're a moderate user a nib should last about 2-3 months. If you do a lot of writing, cut that time in half. The replacement nibs can be purchased on eBay and amazon for about $9 for a 3 pack. The responsiveness on the iPad is very impressive and the soft tip allows you to write with little pressure. Highly recommended over the competition!

    Best iPad Stylus for Students

My son's school switched to iPads this year (awesome for my son's grades!) But finding accessories has been a challenge. Balancing price, function and the ever present risk of "I lost it! Has been hard. This stylus is versatile, fitting the widest spectrum of scholastic needs and it even has an ink pen for those teachers who require an assignment or exam on good old fashioned paper. It is a bit pricey, but for this level of quality, dad is happy to provide.

This is the best stylus that I have used to date and I wish that I had found this sooner. In my opinion it would be good if it were just a tad bit longer but that would be very nit-picky. It has good weight and writes very true! I also like that I don't have to carry around a pen+stylus.

I love using this as my personal pen. I always like to have one with me. I also use it withe my phone or tablet from time to time. It's very easy to take it apart to replace the stylus nub or ink. It has a nice heavy feel to it and doesn't feel cheaply made at all

I like my stylus pen until it falls apart unexpectedly and I have to look for the pieces. I love the feel and weight of the stylus and that I always hace a pen available.

I love this Stylus. It looks good. Well constructed. It glides effortlessly across the screens of my iPad Air and iPad Mini. The only draw back is that if you should install a screen protector the stylus does not work as well (requires much more pressure). This is a draw back of most every stylus I've ever used or researched. I recently installed a Zagg invisibleSHIELD HD screen protector on my iPad Air and found the stylus can't really be used with the screen protector installed. Keep that in mind if you're going to purchase any stylus.

I've tried about 5 styluses, and this is by far the best. The nibs are replaceable and inexpensive, and they are relatively small for easier use. It also includes a pen. A little pricey, but worth it.

I read all the "pro" reviews I could find before buying my 1st stylist. There were others that had similar ratings but 2 things swayed me. The name Waccom and the feel of it in my hand. I have to admit I am new to the IPad but any disappointment that I have encountered has been a result of the limitations that the IPad has, not the Bamboo. All in all I recommend the Bamboo but if your looking for the true ability to draw digitally use a Waccom pad and a pc.

This is my second stylus; first was a Targus. The Bamboo is more expensive, but I like the weight and length better. Since the tip is slightly smaller, it is easier to be more precise. I've used it with note taking apps on both my phone (HTC 4G Incredible) and the first model Kindle Fire and it works fine on both. I've recommended this to co-workers.

This is a great product. It is not inexpensive, but responds well on the iPad 4 even with the screen protection on it. I have seen some complain about the weight of the stylus/pen, but I like the way it feels. It feels like a good quality pen. The actual ink pen also writes well. I have not had occasion to change that out yet, so I don't know how expensive they are, but it is an easy swap. The stylus works well with handwriting apps such as Penultimate and 53's Paper.

Bought this as impulse and figured I'd return it. Two weeks later and I'm glad I didn't. I carry it on my lanyard and find I use it everyday as a nice pen and occasionally for the iPad. It feels well-built and I like that spare parts can be ordered from the co. 4 stars!

Wacom makes great products in general, and this stylus is no exception. It could be significantly less expensive, but the build quality is evident upon first use. It has a nice, balanced weight, and the gaskets around the cap fit snugly. I was a little hesitant when I saw reviews complaining about the nub's breaking with minimal use, but so far I have no complaints.

The stylus is well made and has a quality feel to it. It's longer than most styli making it very comfortable to use. The included tip is soft and squishy and the firm tips you can buy from Wacom are slightly less squishy. I found both to be too soft for my liking. In terms of productivity, the stylus works well for writing if you hold the stylus vertically, i.e., straight up from the tablet surface. Using the stylus at the usual writing angle caused a lot of skips, i.e., the tablet didn't register the complete stroke as a single line. This makes the stylus not so useful for handwriting/notetaking apps (which is why I bought the stylus in the first place). I found the lynktec truglide stylus worked much better for me.

I have been searching for a stylus that is firm and accurate. This stylus is perfect. It doesn't take two or three attempts before getting a response. It is stylish and professional looking.

This stylus is very nice and standard pen-sized, so it feels at home in my hand. It has a nice weight to it also. This makes it's presence felt in a good way. I went with Wacom brand for a reason, and I am not disappointed. It is highly regarded in the digital arts community for it's build quality and customer satisfaction.

I had been using the Targus Pen. This one is really nice. I love the fact that it has a real pen built in. it's great for taking notes on paper, but also make it really easy to use with the iPad - both as a pointer and pen.

This stylus and pen combo is very sleek. This combo is a great item to have for a professional setting. The rubber tip is durable but weaker than I was hoping for. The replacements for the tip are about as expensive as the stylus. I would recommend other options.

It was cool at first, but I caught myself using the keyboard more than the stylus so I returned it. If you absolutely need a stylus this is a great one, yet i think all of the styluses would be very similar.

With my iPad, I can take meeting notes and do much of what I used to do on paper. The stylus makes that easier and it's nice to have a pen when paper is required. I keep this in my iPad case all the time. The metal body has a solid feel to it and is very comfortable to use.
