Bought for my daughter and she has not used it much, yet. Installation was easy and she seems pleased with it so far.

My old Wacom tablet was beginning to fail, so I decided to buy a new one. I bought the Wacom Intros and set it up as soon as I got home. I followed the instructions and downloaded the files needed. Immediately, I noticed that it wasn't working properly. The pointer would jump to another part of the page and do something I didn't want, like opening another file, etc. I tried changing the settings to no avail. I called their tech support and after about 45 minutes someone finally came on the line and tried to help me. I was on the phone with him for about an hour. I got the pen to work on one of my graphics programs, but not on the other one. Also, sometimes the pen would not work at all. After two days of this nonsense, I returned the tablet to the store. I am shopping for another brand drawing tablet and will not buy another Wacom tablet.

Replacement for an old Intuos graphics tablet that is no longer supported for Win10. Excellent performance, very responsive.

This product is great. Our daughter loves to draw. We bought it so she could get her drawings onto her computer.

Great for daughter, who is an artist. She will be selling her art/graphic designs and this is professional equipment.

My daughter has been using it daily for about 8 months either on the PC or laptop. She hasn't had any issues with it.

It is all good. It starts out slow when I plugged it in but other than that, it works perfectly

the tablet has good response, rather slippery surface but will be great for on the go

My wife is very happy with her new Wacom Tablet, she spend like 8 hours per day drawing.

There is a learning curve but I'm learning as I go along , comes with software to get you started .

So far I am pleased. Would like action to be a little faster. Software a nice bonus.
