My 12 year old daughter loves this pad and has used it so much since she got it on Christmans, I'd like to get her one of the more expensive versions but this is great to start out with and make sure she likes it and will use it.

Excellent Device, the Software is free but not as great as the device I recommend paying for something else, Wacom has a few other Software that I think should be great, if you are not planning to do anything professional than the available software is good for start up

My daughter loves to animate and this tablet was her first attempt at digital drawing. Is it fairly sensitive so she often wears a glove while drawing and found that works great
She has been very happy with this purchase.

My brother uses this for his art. It takes some getting used to when compared to drawing on a piece of paper with a pencil. But what he creates on his computer have been some good art pieces. Good for artists who want to get into more digital mediums.

I find it easy to use and it features quite an array of options for customization.
Solidly built, feels like it can take a few knocks (not that I want to find out).
Comes with some pretty nifty free software as well.

This is a great tablet to start transitioning to digital art. Learning how much pressure to put on the pen is what took me some time &remembering just how much usable area you have. Overall loving how it's working so far.

This device is the perfect size to travel with. The response time is great and you can purchase a wireless battery option that will not break the bank. Great for places you want to draw or edit and not have to worry about scratching a screen.

Bought tablet for my high school junior. Has used it to his advantage for school and extracurricular projects. Getting a project together now to turn in to Chevrolet for a contest they are doing. Has great touch sensitivity and very easy to use. He loves it!

Got it for my son who loves to draw cartoons and stuff. But the software isn't as user friendly as I had expected. The pad and pen are good but the software isn't.

This is the smallest of the Intuos line but don't be fooled. It is extremely high quality, feels like a pad that costs 3 times as much. The only upgrade to even consider is the bigger size. But don't feel like you are settling. You most certainly are not.

This tablet is good for someone getting started into design or artwork animation. The "free" software is a joke. You can't access it without putting credit card in to set up an account, and then you have to cancel if you don't want the account 3 days later.
