Needs to have a stronger center support. It started curving as soon as the TV was put on top. My husband put more support underneath and now it fine

The piece is beautiful. Took me a total of 6 hours from unwarapping to sitting back and saying Wow! (dinner break included) All the pieces were there and everything was perfecto! Putting together takes patience and a bit of skill. 1. Watch the video on Youtube for advice although the unit he puts together is a different model 2. Use LITTLE wood glue for the wood dowels 3. Double Check where wood dowels go. If you stick in where metal rivots go, you will have to drill out(goes in all the way) 4. When installing the 6 little screws for fireplace, you will need to drill holes.....Place fireplace in....use marker where holes go....use very thin drill bit. Holes are not there for screws(only mess up company made) 5. When putting hinges on doors, keep them loose as final adjustments are made in final step. 6. Take your time...plan 5 hours minimum...not joking but worth it :) Assembly not for rookies!! Enjoy!

I bought this on the Best Buy website and it came to me broken. They didn’t have any others like this in stock so I had to get a refund.

Walker Edison TV fireplace console looks really nice and fireplace looks great. the heater also works great and not noisy. I took a long while to find a TV console and with help of Carl, sales person at Best Buy was able to find one based on my description and confirmed the 59-60" console works for 65" TV. I wasn't sure at first the length of 59-60" TV console would look nice with my new 65" TV, but it does. It is hard to vision on on-line. I am one of those that likes to see product in person. But I have to say, I was impressed and product was delivered with no damage and love the color brown too. I am glad I didn't go with expresso, thanks Carl! I rated the product good, it would of been excellent if it had a remote. Also the price was great too for this nice product. To assemble the console, I have used geek squared, thank goodness, they did a great job, it would have taken me forever..

This is easy to put together but doesn't stay together. The cam locks kept falling out so contacted company and got new ones and they too fell out while working on other parts of the unit so had to comtinually go back to redo. Also received a replacement for one of the boards that didn't completely fit correctly but couldn t use as the holes were in different spots. Then was moving it to get fireplace in and the bottom board broke off. Can't get hands in by the fireplace to put screws in so still don't have that in as there are no pre drilled holes to even get screws started even if you could get hands in there. I think I am going to return and get something else. I have put many things together and never have this many problems. So frustrated.

Gorgeous tv stand, took ages to put together but instruction were clear and precise. No damaged pieces and nothing missing

I am very pleased with this purchase. The fireplace give off enough heat to make my living room cozy and it not noisy.

This unit is total GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Received the initial unit with broken parts. Received replacement unit and attempted to assemble but the cheap boards were cracking and crumbling. After doing the best with assembly per damages this stand rocks like a rocking horse! Please do not waste your time with this inferior and cheaply made stand. By the way, you know its no good as they shipped the replacement and advised that I did not have to send the initial unit back. Just unloading their junk on unsuspecting consumers.

I am so glad that I decided to get this! It looks great in my family room and it's very well designed. It does need to be put together and it does take some time to do - but it's something even an inexperienced person could do with the directions that are provided. I would absolutely recommend picking one up!

We just bought a new house and we were so excited about this product! This tv stand was delivered in a beat up box! Open it to discover piece number 14 was snapped in half!! We needed it so we glued that piece back together. Then during assembly realize the holes are drilled in the wrong spot on top and side panels. The top where the tv sits is literally only held On by two screws! So we have to move it by picking up on the bottom. Also it’s made out of partical board like material most if not all of the pieces had a nick or scratch on it. Seriously the cheapest looking furniture I’ve ever wasted money on.

Nice but missing pieces the doors had o my one magnet to close the door. The base is not sturdy currently bent from the weight of the fire place. Would not purchase!

So I got this in the mail today. It was 2 days early. So I put it together. the fire place you should screw in but your hands cant fit between the fire place and unit. There is also no holes for you to screw in the fire place to the unit. It was a good thing that the brackets they sent worked because that is the only thing holding the fire place in place. I had everything put together fine. the other thing that was not wanting to work right was the cam locks didnt want to stay in place when I was standing it up
