GS set it up and did a great job. Problem with sliding door. Called manufacturer They sent all the parts but the needed part was not included. Called manufacturer again and they were supposed send me the part. Still waiting

Beautiful solid stand. Pairs well with my decor. The perfect size for me 70" tv. It does have a lot of pieces glad I got the Geek Squad!

When we receive the package we were in shocked how damage the package arrived, and we were afraid it was broken, but to our surprised it was perfectly protected, nothing was damaged, the TV stand is beautiful, well made, it was perfect for our 75 inch TV, exactly what we were looking for, the only downside is that it took my husband 3 hours to build lol...

Horrible to put together! My husband is very handy and it took him 5 1/2 miserable hours to put together. Inferior quality cam-lock bolts and had to drill holes for screws. I’d hire Geek Squad !!!

Took some time to put together but instruction was easily read. Once its built and staged it gives the room an elegant look. I love it. Its a good size aswell.

Very sturdy and heavy, however the sliding doors do not line up properly. Manufacture claims it's normal since their floor model has the same issue.

As others mentioned it takes awhile to assemble, the instructions are fine. The problem I had was the locking cam mechanism. The stud was too short when hand tightened, when I installed the locking cam, it could not latch onto the stud properly. Even though it felt like it was locking, it was actually wedging itself into the hole and bending, ultimately breaking. I had to loosen the studs about 6 full turns to get it to the necessary height. Then when tightening, the cam would split in two right at the end of the flutes for the phillips head. I broke over 10 cams and now have a wobbly stand while waiting for replacement parts. I have assemble at least 10 other pieces of furniture using similar cam assembly systems and they were great. This was not nearly as good.

Loved cabinet. Looks very fancy. Material is smooth and sleek looking. I love the color. Very happy.

Very pleasing to the eye and very sturdy product. It does take a little time and effort to assemble the product.

The Geek Squad put the stand together for me they did an excellent. One of the guys that did the work was Ryan the other guy was Vincent. Both of them were great, very helpfuf

This stand looks amazing! It is worth the price and was easy to put together. Definitely recommend 2 people for assembly for some pieces are heavy and hard to maneuver into place. Has a very rich look and plenty of spots to house all of my components!

Took some time to assemble, but solid enough to comfortably hold my 65" set, hold necessary components and not distract from the room

While this is an “assembly required” piece of furniture, it really is a nice piece. The stand is heavy and durable. Very pleased with this cabinet.

I was thrilled to finally find a TV stand wide enough for what I was looking for, however it was too good to be true. When the item arrived to my home was when the problem started. The width is only 64" as opposed to the 80" as advertised. The depth of the product is also incorrect, actual measurements is 16 3/4", not 18". I called best buy and I'd have to say I'm very upset with their handling of the situation, "well you have to pay to ship it back to us and we can try again." Why on earth would I pay to send something back to you when it's your mistake? Also, the part number on bestbuy.com says BB70C25SDES, when the box arrived, the "BB" was crossed out with marker and replaced with a "W".
