This hood needed professional mounting and looks great

The Best Buy crew ti install did not come home for installation. they did not call me before the appointment. they did not even call after the appointment time to tell that they are not coming! My appointment shows as completed when is not. in addition nobody called to reschedule this appointment!

I've had a very bad experience with hood installation - 1st time the hood was delivered damaged. 2nd time the installer was unprofessional, and did not know how to do his job. The 3rd time the appointment was cancelled by the system, and we we not notified (took a day off for nothing)

It came dented. And the replacement will take at least 3 weeks; totally screwing up the timeline on the project. It would be nice if you offered something other than an apology.

I was charged $100 extra installation fee just to convert cords to plug-in. Not to mention the $200 annual service I already purchased. The service is outsourced to third-party company and bestbuy has no quality control on that!

Works great and installation team was great. Very efficient.

We ordered this vent last September and still haven't received it. One scheduled installation that was cancelled and no word yet on when we might get it. We, of course, already had to pay for it before we could order, so they have our money and we have nothing to show for it, YET.

Absolutely frustrating and disappointed experience with Best Buy's In Home service. Booked 2 appointments for the same install ( Appliance ) and a NO SHOW -NO CALL both times. Apparently the 3rd party vendor Best Buy uses for appliance installs SUCKS!!!!!

Don't ever use the in home services from Best Buy, they send very unprofessional service man, they also don't speak english so very hard to communicate with them, I had an extremely poor experience with them.

They never did it. Charged us extra money above what we already paid to have it installed and never did it. Had to hire someone else. I would give minus 50 if I could. They can't be called you can only email and you get nowhere.

1st hood was damaged, had to wait 2 weeks for another one, when it arrived it was damaged more than the first one. Now I have to wait almost 2 months for a 3rd hood to be installed.

These installation team are the best professionals. They used levels and a special drill bit for my backsplash tile so it didn't crack! Can't say enough good about these guys other than they were friendly and nice as well.

Should not sell an item that you can’t get parts to make it work. Charcoal filter should have been included or at least be able to order. Cannot order from Best Buy.

The Best Buy 3rd Party service team did an EXCELLENT job installing our new vent hood! They went above and beyond to make sure we could move into our new home on time. Great job TJ, Ricardo, Tyrone, Twana, and Tajuan!!

No one did installation I had to spend extra money to install as the installer doesn't even know installation.

Terrible service never finish the job. The technician was never helpful and was set to live as soon as he arrived.

The installer was so rude. He wouldn’t explain how the product works. He said he’s not selling the product and that’s not his job. He did not pick up the old item.

No one who was capable of doing install was available when item was delivered. I was told that the third party vendor would be in touch with me. Never was even after several attempts to contact them.

The worse service I have ever uncounted and it’s still not installed we are now 7 months in and still waiting. One star is one to many. I can’t rate the product as I can’t use it.
