This movie was a great see for couples - all ages - but couples married 7-10 years really need a view from outside. There are so many things that get in the way of the core relationship today - we need to be reminded how to really love and honor one another like we did when we were so glad to get married. I wished I had seen this movie 15 years ago!!

The Kendrick brothers are likely not strangers to anyone who tracks Christian films, and this is another great product by them. The topic in this film is prayer, and the importance of it in the lives of both individuals, families, and even larger groups (churches, nations). While I'm not 100% on board with every theological point they make, there is plenty of positive take aways here and helpful reminders for the daily needs of all believers to rely on and practice communion with God.

I didn't really know what to expect from this movie, but I was completely surprised! It was about a woman on the verge of losing her family, and she learned how to pray in her "war room". This was a really great movie all the way around. It made me cry (in a good way), but left me feeling really good. I felt like I needed my own "war room". I think almost anyone could enjoy this movie, but especially Christians, and other church-goers might find this movie especially appealing.

WAR ROOM reflects the daily life of many of today's families, the stresses and strife of career-oriented couples who pay more attention to themselves than to their children and to their relationship, which of course, tears apart the reason for having a family. Wrong choices have dire consequences. BUT the power of prayer is also a reality, through which God can put it all back together again for those who are willing. It is a powerful film, more than superficial.

This movie was definitely an excellent movie tailored to the everyday struggles of marriages and the key to making it work, according to scripture. A bit one dimensional due to a limited/small cast, but definitely gets the necessary point across and beautifully so. Enjoyed it over and over again, even with the hubby and children. Definitely a must-see for those aware and/or needing spiritual direction in their marriages and family. Two thumbs up! : )

Unlike many Christian films, this was not all fluff & preachy. It was easy to relate to the characters & the acting was believable. Highly recommend this for those going through struggles with any relationships. The story and message can even be applied to any trials & difficulties being faced. A focused & committed prayer life is required. This movie is great in showing how to separate oneself to be alone with God for a specific prayer agenda.

This is a truthful, emotional, experienceable movie. I totally recommend this movie it might not be the most best acting or picture but the message from the movie is awesome and it the type of movies that should be coming on because of the positive message that is giving. If you are asking yourself if you should give it a chance? Go for it because you would not regret it. Be open minded and give it a chance. Why not?

This movie Needs to be Shown @ Schools, Churches and All of the Homes around the World, and not only watch it once, but watch it two or three times until, you Get it., if Not watch it again. Like it says in the Bible, One Man ( born a male) and One Woman ( born a Female) God made this World, for Us, Let's Not Try to Change it, for No One, or we All will Suffer.

Fabulous, real movie about faith. The characters in this movie face real life problems and you feel like you are right there with them. Great wake up call and reminder that we belong to Christ and a motivator to dust off the Bible and get back to talking to God, reading scripture, and following through on commitment to Gods commands.

This movie seem to be popular during the holidays because bluray copies were hard to find. I finally found it in the store at Best Buy at a cheaper price than ordering it online which I thought I had to do. Again, the in store price/availability did not exactly match the website information, so it was worth checking the store in person.

How would you describe your prayer life? One of the most moving and powerful faith based movies I have had the pleasure of seeing. Real without being preachy, but with a message and lesson that linger long after the credits stop. Even as a proffered believer, I was encouraged and also reminded of the power of a "hot" prayer life.

This movie is a great christian movie that touches on marriage and prayer. It is very encouraging and prompts you to think more about your prayer life and how God works. I loved it and would definitely recommend it! It is nice to have christian movies without having to worry about language and inappropriate content!
