The electric wine bottle opener was a gift for my husband but I have used it several times. It has an attractive stand, so we keep it on the counter. The facility with which it opens bottles is fantastic! Push one button, lift the opener, and the cork is out. Push another, and the opener expels the cork. It doesn't get any easier than that!

Slick - push a button and the cork is removed from the wine bottle. Push another and the cork is removed from the opener.

I bought this as a gift and it is greatly appreciated. It is very easy to use. You place it on top of your bottle, push on a button and the cork is removed. Then you push on the top button and the cork comes out of the opener.

I had a battery operated one for nearly 8 years and it finally died. Replaced with this and there is no comparison. This seems to labor to open the first bottle but it says it can open 50 per charge.

This is obviously more of a luxury item since corkscrews have come a long way, but this just takes away any and all frustration that comes with removing the cork manually.
