Installed car audio with precise mounting and great service

The installers did it wrong the first time. Had to come back and get it re installed. now my radio is working again, but the buttons do not work. The radio and install looks clean, but so many unnecessary problems occured.

It all started when I had an issue with a refurbished deck that my brother purchased from Best Buy in Vegas and was installed by an outside "Best Buy" source. The issues began a few weeks after my brother brought the car to me in Oregon. Apparently, the purchase couldn't be found in the system. My brother emailed a copy of the receipt and PO. Without that, I would have been screwed. Justin and the rest of the install crew at the Salem Oregon location know their stuff. They are absolute rock stars!!! The display was blank except when the backup camera was in use. They had it working again in no time. The issue was due to poor connections. A couple weeks go by... The deck stopped displaying/working all together Again, Justin and the crew fixed it. Fingers crossed it'll keep working... If not? I know where to go.

I've been a customer of Best Buy for over 15 year's. Once Circuit City closed Best Buy became my electronics stores to go to for car stereo and speaker purchase and installation. As well as remote starters. Over the years I've been able to purchase many household appliances, albums, and cellular equipment. Besides the outstanding installation there service is quarantined at any store location. Keep up the good work.

Had a flawless installation to install head unit, satellite radio and backup camera. My car is a collector car, and the techs did an excellent service while taking care if my car. I was warn thay the satellite antenna may have to be moved because he wanted to keep it hidden, and not noticeable. After a few days, I notice thay the connection did not fair well. I called, they took me in right away, resolved the issue, and never once did they complain. They even gave me a new remote for my head unit because I must of misplaced it. I really felt appreciated. Thanks guys!!!

I purchased a complete audio system for my jeep from Best Buy in January 2023. While the system itself has given me some kind of semi-major issue aka stopped working either intermittently or all together at least once a month... Each time I was able to zip into the Geek Squad and they were able to fix it free of charge quickly each time while also taking some extra time to give me some very useful tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the audio system.

I had to schedule a warranty labor regarding my recent install of a Pioneer Stereo at Best Buy. The radio provided a feature where you could turn on your rear camera while driving. Especially useful when towing a vehicle. The repair was quickly made & now all the receiver functionality works as intended. Thanks to the trained tech support staff for quickly resolving the issue. Highly recommended!

I have to go to Jacksonville afte the Gainesville location messed up my radio and back up camera installation twice. The camera was off by more than 45 degrees and the tech at the Jax location informed me that it wasnt grounded. The tech that took care of us was great. I would go to Jax again, but not the Gainesville location for something like this. We are grateful to have a straight camera now.

The service has paid off for us. We w had multiple new car stero systems and speakers installed for free. For both our jeeps and my son’s car. They walked us through how to use all the new gadgets on installation. And they even repaired a speaker issue all free with our membership.

Google one comes in handy and so many ways when it comes to email management and just having extra space for your photos on your cell phone highly recommend pick it up especially if you can get 3 months for free from Best buy
