I may be a little biased because I am a huge Tom Hardy fan. But this movie is amazing, it makes you love and root for one character, potentially dislike another, but then struggle over who to root for. Not to mention the sountrack is great and the final scene is a tear jerker.

This movie has it all; great actors and script. If you are a boxing fan, then you will love this movie. The relationship between Nick Nolte and his boys tug at your heart. The fight scenes are intense. Best Buy has the best prices!!!

As both a movie fan, and an MMA fan, it was fun to see a film that used a sport to tell a very compelling story. The performances by all the actors (in particular Nick Nolte) were very impactful and powerful. One of the best films I've seen...

Every sport has THAT movie. Slapshot, Field of Dreams, etc. The movie where if you're a fan of the sport, you've seen it. This is that movie for MMA. It's got a fantastic story that can draw you in even if you're not a fan of MMA. Oscar worthy acting from everyone involved, and an ending that could leave you in tears. Yes, even the men watching.

The price was good on sale, but the movie is just okay cinematically.

This is a very good movie, but I had a lot of trouble with the part where the brothers had a lot of issues with there dad. I wished that they would have forgiven there dad.

Cannot believe the Academy passed this one over. Hands down, the best film of the year. Great script, superb directing and choreography and stellar performances add up to one heck of a feature.

No not the most accurate movie ever, but you fall in love with all the characters. Heart felt powerful movie. Easily in my top 10 movies.

Im a huge UFC fan and I really enjoyed this movie. Great story even if you dont like MMA you will enjoy this movie. Worth getting on Blu-Ray instead of DVD

Well structured and finely told tale of parental abuse and it's impact on two sons and brothers spilling over onto the ring of prize kick boxing.

Tom Hardy's performance is magnificent. As is Nick Nolte's and Joel Edgerton. Would never get tired of watching this multiple times!
