Excellent job installing my new washer! Quick, efficient, & washing in no time! Previously had an LG but very happy with my new Samsung!!

Removal of old and setup of new washer was done quickly and efficiently. There was a minor glitch as there was a small dent in the side of the machine, but it was purely cosmetic and our washer is in the basement, so it wasn't an issue. The installers called it in and took photos, and I was given the choice of a replacement washer or a discount. I was a bit concerned about whether it could affect the door closure, so was given 2 weeks to test it out prior to making a decision. The main installer explained the need to allow the initial wash cycle to run through as it calibrates the machine. He explained a few other things and left me with a functional knowledge of how to use the machine. Very happy with the delivery.

I am pleased with the installation this time. The other technicians for my previous washer forgot to install the springs that keep the machine from making the awful grinding noises. These 2 technicians, Chardonay and her colleague were very good. The washer runs so quietly I wonder if it's working. Thanks you guys!

Delivery personnel was thorough in their delivery and installation. They were careful in every step of the way including sounds the washer made when it was run the 1st time

The installation went great. We had no issues and they cleaned up everything once they finished. They turned on and tested the washer to ensure it was operating correctly. Great Job.

The 2 gentleman who came to install our washer were great! They were respectful of my house and they treated it as it was my home! They were great with my dogs and they were respectful of my girlfriend! They had her check everything out and showed her how to use some extra features she was unaware of. I am very happy with how it turned out! They were also right on time, actually 5 minuets early!!

The delivery and installation folks were a delight, arrived early (and notified me ahead of time), installed it quickly and efficiently, walked me thru operation of the new machine and removed the old machine without a problem. I was really happy with this service!!

The delivery guys showed up a little bit early and I had to rush to get home. It was mid-afternoon and I think I was the last guy on their schedule. They were very pleasant, helped me out a lot. It was a washing machine installation and they hung out for an entire cycle to make sure there were no problems. Throw them a few bucks when they're done they'll appreciate it

I always highly recommend to everyone ordering anything from Best Buy and having them install it! They are always on time, quick, and efficient. I’ve had several issues with other retailers cancelling my delivery the day of delivery. I’ve never had this issue with Best Buy and I’ve ordered a fridge and microwave from them.

The washer was install quickly and secured. The guy makes sure to explain to me how it works and he did a quick run wash to make sure everything is all set.

Fabulous team of installers. The updated our supply fixture before hooking up the washer and then cleaned and tested everything after they were done. They did a great job getting the new washer in and the old washer out of the house. They were very friendly, efficient and professional.
