I had s great team deliver my washer. They made sure everything was working properly. They ran a small load wash cycle to ensure the washer was connected well & working. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

Now that the washer is balanced it works amazing! At first this washer left my clothes wrinkled with no hope of ever having them come out! The manager of Best Buy installation came by to fox the original install. Balancing this washer is key to making it work how it should!!!!!

Technicians were incredible; very Knowledgable. All went smooth. No issues. Had my washer up and running in very little time!

Washer install was quick and efficient. No problems with the actual install.

The installation was seamless. No damage to the machine, walls, etc. They gents were very courteous and fast. My only negative, if you can call it that, is the delivery call. We were supposed to be called 1 hr before arrival and we were given 5min to prep for their arrival. More of a nit-pick than anything.

Service people communicated well and were prompt to our scheduled time. They removed the old washer and dryer without issue and installed the new appliances knowledgably and thoroughly. They answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable with the install before leaving.

The installers were great. First of all they were good at communicating with me about an earlier time that was available. When they arrived they were careful of the house, willing to answer questions and got the Installation completed quickly and professionally. One of my questions was to do with the extended warranty and they offered to put through my extended warranty for me, but when I decided to wait and call in there was no pressure at all. I appreciate that.

The squad notified me in advance of arrival time and in fact came before scheduled time. Installation was quick and effective.

I recently received a new washer as the old one didn't work like it should have and all was under warranty. The guys were very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. The only problem that I had was at some points the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing - but that was NOT in regards to the installation....it was the warranty company.

The one man that had done several installs recommended to me that I get my hot & cold valves replaced because they were corroded and showed signs of wear. They were 25 years old. I got the replaced two days later. The washer installation was fantastic. They hauled away my old washer/dryer and they installed the new ones. They didn't leave any mess, wore masks, and communicated well.

I am so happy with the installing team that I will definitely recommend them. They not only were very careful taking in and installing the new washer and dryer but also uninstalled the old ones and moved them outside for us. They were very knowledgeable about the new machines and took time to show me how they work. They set everything for you and don’t leave until they make sure everything is set properly and the machines are working fine. They did an excellent job. I would give them 10 stars.

The washer installation crew was professional and completed the process quickly. They called 30 minutes ahead before arrival so that I could be at the house to receive the delivery without the need to wait there all day.
