This does not work. Without charger I use 15 percent to 20 percent battery over week, 2 weeks recorded. With this recorded use 50/53 percent battery. Tried for a month and its worthless. I have direct Florida sun. The problem is that the charger causes the blue charge ring to activate and uses more power than it produces, Couldn't find any way to turn blue charge ring off. No useful instructions included. I have a ring one. Gets one star for looks.

It didn't work and end up ordering it through ring.com. Ring said because it's from a third party

It was easy to install and setup and the neighborhood part of it keeps you on point as to were any security issue is in a 3-mile radius or however far you set up the service. The lens gives a clear image at all times. The only problem you have to keep unplugging to recharge the battery. I brought the solar battery and connect it to the unit but on cloudy days it does not keep the battery charged, so you must disconnect and charged it manually.

GREAT SOLAR CHARGER IF YOU HAVE DIRECT SUNLIGHT. THE INSTALLATION ON THE WALL WAS A BIT TRYING TO PUT UP. OVERALL, IF YOU HAVE GOOD SUNLIGHT, THIS IS FOR YOU.

Was able to connect in under 15 minutes. However, this did not work well for me. I an more sure if it is because the sun was not hitting the panel. The panel requires 3 to 4 hours of direct sunlight to work properly. If your going to have direct sunlight it should work well.

easy to install. Works with ring camera easily. Needs lots of sunlight.

Trickle charges, so it charges slow. Needs lots of sunlight to charge.

I did have to remove the Ring battery once in the past month to recharge it. Did that overnight. I bought the solar charger because running a wire would be very difficult. The Ring is on my front porch under an overhang so it never gets direct sunlight. Installation was easy.

It does not charge very well. Still have to charge my ring every 5 to 6 days. The plug has already come apart. Hard to make Ring stay on charger

My ring camera died while being hooked up to this. Not sure if the suns not hitting it or what. I recharged my ring and tried again. We’ll see how long it last this time!. Wider than the stock mounting part so you may need to move it over some!

I purchased this for my Ring Doorbell 2, but I honestly don't see any difference. I'm very hopeful for this to make a difference. IF my findings changes I will update this review.l

It doesn’t keep the battery fully charged. It helps that battery charge last longer but seems unable to keep it at 100%. It’s really not worth it if I have to change batteries anyway.

It works when it wants to. I’ve had a lot of cloudy days in my area and a lot of rain since buying so it doesn’t get to charge it that often

It didn't work very well because our Ring is under the gutter eaves. And now it's too late to return it.

Doesn’t work very well, I don’t know if I am not getting enough sun where it is located, but it doesn’t hold a charge very well.

It’s alright but I guess my porch is not getting a lot of sun for this thing to keep my doorbell charged.

Does not work I have had it set up, the battery drains just the same and it dose not charge at all. The solar piece does not work

The battery went dead faster with this product installed The light on the front blinks when charging but it charged so slow that it causes the battery to drain

I've yet to see it keep my doorbell charge. I always have to take it off about every 10 days to charge the camera. Ring said its chaging so why must I take it off to fully charge it?

Really wanted this product but when I received all of the solar panels were damaged so I returned to the store. Now its sold out so I can't even order a replacement....really disappointed overall.
