The 4 longer screws that was suppose to be included with the solar charger was not in there when it was to be installed. I don't know if it work because it isn't fitting flush to my exiting ring.

Does not charge or connect with my Ring App. Too late to return to the store, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Ring today while they did diagnostics. They will be sending me a replacement.

This produce does not work. We don;t have a lot of sunlight all day long, but should have enough to do some charging. This was, unfortunately, a totally waste of good money,

Really should not be sold and be tested by the manufacturer. Gets 5 hours direct sunlight from the east and never charges not even 1 percent. The charging light stays on static blue.

Does not work at all! Don't waste your money. Shows it's charging but actually kills the battery. Was in direct , blazing sunlight for 4 to 6 hours a day. Absolute junk!

I threw mine away because I was so disgusted with it. It drained my battery faster than just allowing it to run out. Would not recommend this product to anyone. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Unfortunately I don't get direct sunlight on this, but it still keeps the battery from running down as fast as without the charger. Won't keep it completely charged without direct sunlight. If you do get direct sunlight on it I have no doubt it would keep the battery completely charged.

i don’t think it works, my door bell is directly facing the sun but yet i have to charge the battery every two to three days it was money waisted

I put this on my ring doorbell. Have had it on for three weeks now and it doesn’t keep it charged at all. Very disappointed. Waste of money

Never worked the solar panel did not charge had problems since the first day that was installed had to return to get my money back.

before using found out it only charge 1% every 1 to3 hours. Had to hard wire.
