    It works pretty well- however replacement heads are expensive and hard to come by. The base does tend to get dirty i use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball once a week to clean it up.

    Works great, I bought it specifically for the waterpik, excellent job. Brush could be firmer. Also in order to snap brush to clean, dry it first and pull firmly.
