Awesome drive

Western Digital provides very detailed steps about how to install this drive and it worked out great. Some people say it is noisy but I haven't noticed any issues with it.

Great Hard Drive Replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my WD5000AAKX "Blue" 500 Gb drives with WDWD5003AZEX "Black" 500 Gb drives and got a significant increase in speed during booting and normal operation. The increase from 16Mb to 64Mb of cache really helped speed things up.

How long it will last is the $64,000 question. Hey Best Buy, how about asking me every year from now if it still works!

Exactly what I needed
