Lots of storage now for cheap

Seems like WD switched to Blue drives for newer stock. Wish they kept using or consistently used RED drives as probably best for attached storage

Affordable and easy to set up with my iMAC

It seems that files I have on this new external drive are mostly photos and documents and seemed to open quicker than similar type photos on another external hard drive which is also connected to my iMac. Very pleased with this product.

Exactly as Advertised

The 4TB storage is probably more space than needed but will no doubt be needed as time passes. The price we got it for was also a factor in our decision making when compared to other devices.

Nice and Quick Backup Option

The transfer speed is significantly slower than SDD's. However, it is meant as a back-up system and not a primary. 4 out of 5 stars due to the slow speed.

Hard drive backup

This was out of the box plug it in, connect USB a few minutes later everything backed up. Simple easy to use...should have bought this before her last computer crashed and we could have saved years of memories in pictured we lost. Live and learn but I will never go without a backup again.
