I have had nothing but bad luck with western digital. Every time I have purchased a passport or other product, they die within a year and are pretty slow. This easy store was originally 200 dollars and I only paid 89.99 for it. Excellent deal and the USB 3.0 is great. Transferred 110 gb of game captured footage in about 5 minutes. I also love the 2 year warranty from WD. Good product.

My Xbox One was out of space and I saw this drive on sale, so figured give it a shot. It was easy to set up and worked great, asthetically works pretty well too! Only slight complaint is I wish I could disable the standby LED, but that's just a small gripe!

I am so pleased with this item that I bought another for a family member. It is exactly as described, and works well. It is easy and convenient. EVERYONE should have some sort of back-up plan, and this provides a great platform for storing back up data.

Inside this specific model is a WD Red drive-- a nice performance drive made for computers that are on all the time and access loads of data. Not too shabby. Reminder though, if you rip your case apart to get to the drive, you void your warranty.

Bought this to expand the storage of my 2017 Nvidia Shield Pro for retro games & possibly/likely for Plex. I've used WD hard drives in the past with success & this seemed like a good bet. Has worked well with no issues & am pleased with the drive to this point.

Got this to clear up some space on my Mac, mainly photos and some school files. Set up was quick, reformatting to work with both Mac and Windows was easy and quick. Reminds me of the older model and wish it was a bit slimmer but otherwise everything works good.

I've owned several WD internal and external drives over the years and have rarely had any problems with them. This one is no exception, but, to be honest, most drives don't fail right away, they take years or longer. But, as of today, it's just fine.

4 GB of storage and compatible with PS4 consoles. Good external drive.

I needed a good external Hard Drive with some size by a known mfgr at a good price. The easy store 4TB Western Digital has been everything I wanted. It was just a little confusing setting it up for Mac, but once I managed that it's worked like a charm.

Wanted to have a backup hard drive for my main laptop. Always liked WD Drives. This 4 TB WD Drive was on Sale at Best Buy and was offered as a good option.

Bought for use in automatic backup. Works well for this purpose, and is quiet.

Great value for the amount of space you get! Western Digital is a great brand and is very reliable. I would recommend this product to a friend. Staff at Best Buy was very knowledgeable about the product and had multiple recommendations that fit my needs.

We bought our kids a new Xbox One for Christmas and due to the large library of games we purchased as well, we absolutely needed more space. BestBuy had a great price & WD drives have always been reliable for me. Not much more one could ask for!

Great buy per $/GB rate. WD had always been a trusted brand. Easy format and setup. Loads slightly faster, 10-20%, faster than the stock HDD in my PS4 Slim. Going on almost a month with no issues still.

Got this for my PS4 and it works perfectly as an extended storage device with the added bonus that I can take it with me if I know who I'm visiting has a PS$ without the need to download my games on their device. Came in handy when I flew to visit family.

I bought this hard drive to complement my Tablo OTA TV tuner which needs to use a hard drive pretty much all the time to work as a DVR. After using it for over half of a year, I have not noticed any problems with it. Recommended if you have a Tablo.
