Outstanding product for the money

I have been able to compress backups on this device and keep a rolling three months worth of backups. Bought a second unit for my daughter as wedding gift so they can backup thier own equipment.

Durable WD external drive

Excellent storage

It is extremely easy to use; I love the constant backup feature. I never have to worry if something i did today is backed up permanently.

Always had trouble connecting the cable to the other ones I have had. This one is smooth and it is the same connector. Just hope this will last longer than the last one. Got a year out of the last one. This one I can tell is constructed better and there should be no reason it should not last more than 1 year. Unless, of course, I fill it up.
