Easy to use on win 10. Good speed on big transfers

I have a few of these drives and they work great!!

I've had good luck with WD products. This one is no different. It's reliable and that's what you want with a backup hard drive. I have more than one and will purchase more in the future. Recommended for anyone!

I unpacked and connected the hard drive to our Apple IMAC and within 10 minutes it was setup to backup photos and docs. It has been running as expected for a month and backing up the system every morning at 3 am.

Bought an Xbox one s which came with 500 gb. Then bought this WD 3tb hard drive for a lot less than what it would have cost me to buy the 1tb Xbox. This was definitely the best way to go for the perfect price.

I bought this hard drive to store my XBox One games on, so the memory on my console wouldn't be full. I've got about 35 games on the hard drive, and I've barely taken up 20% of the space.

It worked really well with Windows 10; however, it does not work with Windows OS before Windows 7 so, basically you must have at least Windows 7 for it to work. I am also making a review on my DD3 8GB RAM just recently installed I wasn't able to make a review before because it wasn't installed, but it has made a big difference in my desktop PC's processing speed before I had to hit control alt delete and click on program manager then click on end program when the program or Internet browser would not respond, however, now I don't have to do that at all. so the 8GB of RAM bumping my desktop PC's RAM up to 12GB of RAM made a big difference.

Great Product. Quick Easy setup. One word of caution, must be used on newer PCs. This was not an issue for me on this purchase but was for a client with an older machine running some proprietary software

Very happy it. Only complaint, wish it didn't require a seperate power source.

This HD is great for people who have a desktop and want more storage. because it has it's own power source it is faster then the USB ones. A great fit for my business.

If you shoot a lot of images and want them stored, this is a must. My only thing is get the mybook cloud. You can access your files anywhere. No need to take the mybook with you.

I installed the hard drive on a 2017 IMAC. It required re-formatting, but works flawlessly. I would highly recommend.

This is the latest version of the basic version of My Book, legendary Western Digital external hard drive brand. I used the last version for 6 years, I hope to get the same mileage on this one.

I bought this item because a have a lot of go pro videos and my computer was already full, this was my first option because it was recommended by the store employee and it was very easy to use.

I have tons of pictures,songs and files that incase of a computer crash I would want to back up. This my book will back it all up automatically. I now have the security knowing I'm safe.

I always buy WD Drives and they have not let me down at all. I use them for my Xbox One Games and 2 other 8 Terabyte drives for my HD Movies. If you wanna buy quality ... Look no further.

Good External Hard Drive, lots of space at affordable price. But I have to return it because I keep getting Disconnection. I have checked some reviews here and some also having the same issues.

When we upgraded both computers,my wife's and my own, we had no problems using the hard drive to save both our computers' hard drives. Easy to use,we would recommend this product.

I mean it’s a hard drive, so it’s not exactly a life changing purchase, but it’s a quality build and works fine, I wouldn’t say it’s lighting fast as it is not solid state but a good solution for backing up family photos etc...

We got this as a hard drive solution for a Wii U. It's a bit overkill for that but set up was easy and later it can double as storage space for our college student. Great deal when we got it on sale. Haven't had any issues with the drive.
