Good product, wish it was wireless

Inexpensive Backup Solution

Time Machine will backup to multiple drives, alternating between them each time. The way these drives are aggressively price, you can buy several and create your own RAID-like backup so you don't have to worry about your backup drive crashing. My only concern is I have had WD drive die after a few years so the longer-term reliability of this drive could be an issue.

great for storing movies

I love it because I do not have to add anything to my main hard drive and I can download directly to it, and I can keep them safe because of it's unlocked feature.
