This is a great option to backup, store and save your important files and photos so you won’t loose them.

Love the storage capability but it is sometimes slow loading or saving documents due to being wireless.

I have been using the drive as a Plex media server, on that account it works great as long as I do not push it too much. One fault it does have is that the built in apps do not allow for outbound media or file sync. Mounting the drive is done through their app; I would rather mount it myself. I should have done a little more research on this unit, but for the price, I can't complain too much.

Great Storage for my files and photos and I can access anywhere using my phone or computer.

Needed something to save files to and access in and out of the home. Works well and priced well.

Works well as a network backup and file share service, however, i'm disappointed that I can't get my Sonos system to recognize it.

Well it's working now. Had some issues the second day it was in use. I had to do a factory reset of the unit because I could not connect, telling me I had the wrong password. Password recovery failed to fix the problem. With this unit you have to use the APP. Prior versions allowed me to access the drive with a simple share in Windows, Linux or my Mac. no longer true, or at least I cannot figure it out and search a lot around and found no solution.

After downloading correct software for phone and PC setup was easy and everything worked great.

Good, all I need. 2 t of capacity, I can storage my photos and importants documents.

This is such a cool product that its hard to stop using it once you are used to it..

I am very impressed wit the amount of storage for the price. Data access time seems to be a little excessive though.

The setup is simple and connection to device in remote locations is flawless.

I was a subscriber to Google Drive until my husband and I decided to buy our own cloud server. It was easy to upload files and we both love that our phone camera rolls automatically back up each night. Desktop and mobile apps are easy to use and look good. Accessing files slows down when you’re off your home Wi Fi network but it’s not so much that it’s a hindrance.

Great network drive. Easy installation and so far no problems with it.
