Rather get the old version

The iphone app was buggy for a few months, sometimes the drive would appear in the app and sometimes not.

The app isn't great sure, but overall it works well and it is really practical to have because you can easily access the files from anywhere. There are better options BUT not for the price point.

This is a terrific device

By having the full security of the device itself, you have a more secure cloud device. The only drawback is that you shouldn't have other external drives connected when loading this as a USB drive-- it tends to use the others as a RAID configuration.
