    Drive in less than 6 months of use. Intermittent USB issues. Got pretty hot as well.

    This drive gets way too hot and when connected to a laptop, can burn your leg due to a short cable. Should have been designed with an aluminum case and include a longer cable.

    I can’t review this because I can’t get anyone to finish connecting the passport to my computer. The people working on it keep getting disconnected. Can you help me find a way to get this passport connected more easily?

    Drive non-functional. First time plugged in I followed the quick set up guide. Drive was partitioned with no format. Would not assign to a Drive and was not recognized as external storage. I followed all of the recommendations, even was able to set a password. But unformatted, with no way to format is how it remains. Last attempt on a 3rd device for some reason now it is only recognized as a CD/DVD.

    I was told by the Best Buy employee that this was equal to the Samsun T5 . Totally wrong , it’s slow
