Reliable, compact, great price, great that it works with time machine

The unit is simple to use and very reliable. No one should experience any difficulty using the unit. I use it with my router as well as my laptop.

It was super easy to set up. It's literally plug and play. I thought I needed the full amount of space I bought because I run out of space like crazy super quick; this has plenty of space available. As long as you get one that is already formatted for your operating system formatting or reformatting is super easy as well. I am super happy with my purchase!

I really needed to take stuff off from my computer and this hard drive seems to work great. It's my second one now and its fast and efficient.

This drive was purchased solely to serve as a back up to an iMac. It has worked flawlessly to date. Small footprint, silent, and dependable.

I have it connected to my iMac and it performs right out of the box. I haven't given it a heavy workout yet but am pleased with the play performance. Need yet to check out writing ability just haven't had time to put it through the paces yet.

I bought this one at Best Buy because they price match with Amazon and I needed a drive soon. Luckily, there was a sale on Amazon and I was able to get this Mac drive at the same price as the regular one. If you have a Mac and know how to reformat it, just get the normal one if it's cheaper. This version does offer aluminum enclosure, which feels way better than the regular plastic. So far, I'm very satisfied with this drive. The only question left is how reliable it is. I'll update this review if there's anything.

Got this to use with a Mac. It was super easy since it is already formatted for Mac. It feels good to know my computer is backed up!

This product feels and works so well with my MacBookPro, it completed what already felt like an extraordinary experience. It's super fast and reliable. I use it for every image and video I edit and it works like a charm! Also it helps keep my MacbookPro clean from excessive amounts of storage (since the videos I edit are +30 mins each)

This is a great backup drive for my apple laptop. Very simple and easy to use, just plug it in and do not worry about backups.

BOUGHT THIS HARD DRIVE FOR STORING MUSIC AND PICTURES. I PUT NEARLY 11,000 PICS AND OVER 2000 SONGS AND IT STILL HAS PLENTY OF SPACE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

The seagate harddrives are more slim and sleek than this one, but both works equally the same for around the same price.

I needed something to backup my mac on and this is perfect. It is designed to work with time machine so when you plug it in it takes you to time machine. It has tons of space and I was able to back up my whole laptop in only about 45 minutes

Works like it should, simple plug and play and made for Apple so it works together happily with apple products.

This is an expensive product, but very good. Did not have a problem with it, and it is very easy to install.

This is a good external hard drive for backing up your Mac Pro. it's easy to use, and small enough to carry with your computer when traveling. For transferring and accessing files from this USB I find the Apple insider site useful.

This portable drive is extremely stable and is always a good price. Formats easily and is small enough to be stored and taken any where. It is quick enough with its USB 3.0 connection that backing up and storing information is not tedious. I have purchased before and will purchase again.
