Setup & Battery Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took forever and lots of online searching to get this thing to actually save and retrieve files for Windows use (Windows 10). Once I transferred all of my files over and began using it, the batter began to die. It's been 4 days and it will not charge. Remains at 5%. I just submitted a ticket to WD. Taking it back to Best Buy shortly and will try the 2 TB model, hoping that this battery issue was singular to this particular unit.
